Received my 6 underwear offer. 2 of the 6 were faulty but because I notified the manufacturer outside of the window (I was unaware of) they would not replace or refund. They are unwearable the seams are not stitched properly. Overall the 4 that are wearable are pretty useless - do not work as promised. Most disappointing both in terms of product and the no replacement policy. Do not trust.

Comfortable knickers but still need to use a panty liner as the insert is too short at the front. Expensive to buy just for comfort.

This underwear is not leak proof. Fortunately I decided to wear them at home to try them or it could have been very embarrassing. I am going to try to return.

I was convinced that I'd been sent the wrong items, as these pants are so pretty and lightweight. Thank you so much to Jade for encouraging me to go ahead and try them.

They’re awesome! I feel so much more comfortable and fresh than I ever have in any other ‘absorbent’ pants I’ve tried. There's no thick padding and yet they are every bit as absorbent.

I’m 47 years old and hav 3 grown up children, after years of being a single mum I’ve got myself a delicious boyfriend! Dating has been tricky. I always wore a pantie liner and often got sore and new I smelt unclean but these knickers hav been a game changer. The style is pretty and so discreet

Pro: nice quality and very lightweight material. I haven’t given 5 stars as a couple of issues - the gusset liner definitely needs to be longer at the front. I think others have also raised this as an improvement needed.
Larger sizes are needed in the high waisted knickers. As a UK size 18 I find the anti bac shorts style can feel too low to properly contain my tum! Would I buy again? Possibly as long as the above are resolved.

A little wait for the delivery but it was worth it - I can see why they are so popular. I was skeptical at first but they are comfy, breathable and stylish. And no VPL! Shall be buying more

They are brilliant. I am throwing all my old knickers away and only using Venetian lace from now on. Feel fresh, safe and they don’t slip down 👍👍

I ordered these hopefully that they would do as they claimed and prevent leaks. They most definitely do NOT. For a start the gusset isn’t long enough and is no more protective than a regular much less expensive pair of knickers. The quality is poor and feels like cheap nylon, though as there are no labels who knows what they are made from. So very disappointed. My advice…don’t believe what you read and always look at the negative reviews as they are likely to be the genuine ones.

So are the positive reviews real?
I was expecting them to arrive in a lovely box as advertised on their website but they were shoved in a bag, each one in cheap plastic packaging they looked like cheap knickers from china that you definitely wouldn’t pay £20 each for!!
The stitching was poor and the lace on the edge was fraying.
Don’t get me started on the leak proof gusset as it was none existent, i dripped a few drops of water on them and it soaked straight through 😡
Honestly I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews.
I sent pictures to the customer service person Jade, who ignored them and told me if I wanted a refund I would have to pay to send them back to china which is an absolute joke!!
So please don’t fall for there website that portrays them as a luxury item as they are far from that!!

They truly are soft, feminine and leak proof. I feel so much better using these. Others made me quite sore once damp, but these are great. I will get some more when funds allow.

Bought 50ml absorbable knickers..at 20.00 a pair, however there was a deal on so I got by 2 get 5 free….sounds great right?!….WRONG…they leak full stop 🛑…they are sold as absorbent ..but they are not, they are sold as if they are expensive, boutique like…they are just normal knickers, the colour fades off them almost instantly, and you would be better off buying knickers bought from a supermarket in a pack, not only a darn sight cheaper, the colour lasts…if you buy these as absorbent knickers you will be utterly disappointed, these knickers are totally mis-sold as something they are not…I complained to them on their ‘Jade system’, they didn’t offer a refund, but offered me a mixed coloured full set of knickers, sold on their website as even more absorbent….I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I am a nice person…. To this date I have never received them, it’s nearly JULY 25…,AVOID…if you want assurance and absorbent knickers, you can buy them at M&S or Tesco….total rip off….bought them MAY 2025….never again. Would give them zero if I could.

I love the fit, feel and texture of these knickers. If I have one criticism it would be the gusset. It starts to far back. If it did I would buy another pack today

The knickers are soft and stretchy and comfortable to wear, but they are certainly not worth the money.
They are advertised as being leak proof, but this is absolutely false. There is a thin cotton gusset which is what you get on any regular knickers. It actually seems thinner than most and the stitching on it is poor.
If they sold these knickers on the basis of comfort, I would not have a problem, but to say they do away with the need for pads is an absolute lie!
They look quite nice, but that is it.
They are cheaply made and sold with false advertising. I can only assume that the five star reviews are fake which diminishes the ‘trust’ factor of Trust Pilot.

*Latest:* I have received a refund into my PayPal account for part of my order but am awaiting the rest of my money as promised.*
*Update: after sending detailed information to PayPal including references to the many negative Trustpilot reviews, I have finally received a promise from "Jade" to refund my PayPal account. I will wait and see whether this happens or not without further intervention from PayPal.*
Product not as advertised, have raised a case with PayPal.
Clearly no absorbent layer whatsoever in this very average underwear I suspect that the many positive reviews are to be taken with a pinch of salt. Despite ordering two different types of underwear with two different prices, the products are absolutely identical. When I tried to query this with "Jade" at customer services, my messages were either not delivered or received no response.
Upon raising a case with PayPal (happy to return the items still packaged for a refund) I got a very swift and curt response despite it being a Sunday evening. I suspect the response may be automated. It seems that "Jade" at "Venetian Lace" is not as helpful as the website promised and is strongly resisting refunding the money I have paid for what I now unfortunately believe to be a scam website selling cheap products with Chinese wording on the packaging. I own many items of quality clothing and lingerie from reputable brands and can see that these items from Venetian Lace are no better than something bought from a supermarket. I have now escalated my claim with PayPal and provided them with multiple lines of evidence that "Venetian Lace" (or DIGI TECH PRO LIMITED, as the company that has actually taken my money is called) is likely a scam. Hopefully I will soon receive a more helpful response from "Jade"? at customer services.

Do not waste your money it youre buying the 'antibacterial knickers' that they are marketing for 50+ women as 'leak proof', you will still need to use a disposable liner in your knickers to stop the occasional leak because the so called leak proof gusset is so far back in the pants it would barely help if you were using them for a light period!! yes they are lovely and soft and very comfortable but whoever designed them clearly has absolutely NO knowledge of a womans anatomy as the so called leak proof liner is positioned so far back in the pants its actually laughable, except its not funny for the price even with the offers!! added to this they also sent me the wrong colours, I ordered 2 black, 2 nude, 2 blue and got sent 3 black 3 nude, which i wouldve just lived with if they had been fit for purpose but theyre absolutely not, Ive had better leak proof pants from Shein for a fraction of the price, yes theyre not as nice looking but they actually do the job! cant comment on the other products but the antibacterial leak proof pants are a complete waste of money unless you just want a pair of comfy knickers that you still have wear a pad with and pay a stupid price for even with the 'buy 2 get 4 free' offer theyre not worth it...dont waste your money!!

Comfortable briefs, look just like ordinary gussets so not embarrassing if anyone sees them in your washing! I only wear them for the gym and they have been good. I find they do roll down a bit under my stomach, so would be useful if they were a bit deeper.
I also think a thong variety would be great

The knickers I have bought from Venetian Lace are very comfortable. They do capture minor leaks, leaving me and my trousers dry. They definitely give me more confidence throughout the day. The only constructive criticism I would give is that the special lining could do with being 0.5 - 1cm further forward, but I find this issue with every brand of knickers I've bought so it might just be me. Having said that I will definitely be buying more of their knickers.

This company does not respond to emails, the products are not sized and the waiting time for product to arrive is very long. I bought 2 sets as gifts and was unable to separate the 2 sizes as they all arrived in one package with no size labels. Added to this they arrived so long after I ordered and paid that I had to travel without them which was the whole reason I ordered as gifts for family. They won’t respond to requests for return and are ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs, it’s a social media scam!!!
