We bought the Venicci Upline 2 for our son who was born in November and we absolutely love it! It's such an easy pram to use, especially when you have baby in one hand. The little chip for attaching the bag snapped at the weekend and I contacted customer services expecting to buy a replacement, and they immediately offered to replace it for us this week! Fantastic service, I wouldn't hesitate to contact for support again if needed. Thank you!

Bought the Venicci Upline 2 for our daughter’s baby. Fantastic customer service through the whole process of ordering the pram on line, from ordering through to delivery. Very quick responses from customer services to any and all questions asked and a beautiful, well made product which our daughter and her husband are so glad they chose. Baby seems to love it too.

Bought the upline stone beige as it looked good.. however now I have been using the sitting part for my daughter and was on a walk in the park with her yesterday when the back just broke and sent my 15 month old daughter flying backwards, thankfully she was strapped in as always but she got an awful fright she was crying hysterically, we all got an awful fright including my other daughter who has ASD and had a full meltdown thinking her baby sister had fallen out..
now today my baby daughter appears to be sore and stiff, which I assume is from the swift motion of been thrown backwards so suddenly in her pushchair.. the finish on the frame has also deteriorated after a couple of months and the wheels rub slightly when in motion.. i have emailed Venicci and hope this will be resolved swiftly as I am now on my days off with no pushchair for my daughter and I’m really not sure I could ever feel comfortable trusting this brand pushchair for my baby daughter again… really disappointed

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Harry for being present and helping us choose the right pram travel system. He was great at showcasing the venicci products and explain the perks and features. He was also impartial to the other brand cybex. He explained the differences betweent he two products. As an engineer and someone who like spec with respect to honesty. I am go greatful fo harry to give us exactly what we needed which was clear informstion and guiding us to the right product for us. We went for the upline 2 for the best spension and over all travel system on the market. The comfy mattress for the baby along with the extra features like cup holder andleather bag for the parents. We have tided this into our cybex T car seat to get the dream package for us. Again shout out to harry, and if anyone if looking for a pram tra el system please speak to harry as i cannot thank him enough for the demonstration of the product and clearly showing the functions.

Excellent customer service - called in a panic for some help to buy a replacement wheel that had a puncture. More than helpful and delivered within 48 hours in time to take my newborn on holiday . Excellent service as always. This pram still as brand new and has served 3 babies . Very happy customer :)

After having an awful experience with a supplier (Newbie and Me store in Leeds - not Venicci as a brand), I reached out directly to Venicci after we were missing parts of a bundle that the supplier would not accept responsibility for.
I gave photos of the receipts of purchases and the very helpful team and Venicci kindly sent me out replacement parts as the shop wouldn't help!
Great service, we loved our pram so much we told friends about it who have also purchased the exact same model (albeit from a much better supplier!).
