Bought a 4 in 1 tap from them nearly 2 years ago but unfortunately the boiler stopped working. I contacted Verana and they said as I was an existing customer I could have a new boiler at a discounted price. The boiler arrived within 2 days of ordering, but my boiler had different connections to the boiler sent. I contacted them again they said I needed an adapter. I received the adapter the next day. Superb communication all the way through. Customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from Verana.

We’ve had our tap for 12 months and have had minimal issues. The customer support has been great over emails and phone with prompt response and helpful information. I would recommend Verana.

Bought a 3 in 1 kettle tap from Verana. It is a neat design, looks good in our new kitchen. The kettle tap works well and is quiet. When I needed to contact customer service for assistance they replied promptly with useful information.
The delivery was very quick.

I ordered a Hanstrom 4 in 1 instant hot water tap from Verana when my new kitchen was being installed, not only was shipping incredibly fast, but the unit was installed with ease. Any issues I've had with the tap were swiftly replied to by the support team. Would definitely both order from Verna and Hanstrom again!

The boiler unit for my boiling water tap stopped heating. I contacted Verana who replied the same day with instructions of how to try and rectify it by descaling the boiler. I did this, but sadly it didn't solve the issue.
I phoned them up, spoke to Zara who called back 10 min later to say that a new boiler unit would be sent out. Very impressed with how quickly they have responded to the situation, given that many companies don't even answer their phones!
Will update this review once I have the replacement, but so far so good!

Used these guys to supply a Hanstrom boiler tap for my in-laws, had to contact them for minor issues and info on best way to use and filter replacement, they couldn't be more helpful.
Knowledgeable and very courteous, always prompt to reply can highly recommend, customer service is excellent thanks for all your assistance.

Contacted customer services by email and Ahmed replied within 24hrs and followed up with a telephone call. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and responded to my queries quickly and positively. Great customer support and service. Thank you.

Good value and responsive customer services

Ordered a three in one hot water tap last year, but it stopped heating the water a couple of months after the warranty expired. Zara from customer services assisted by sending descaling instructions (we are in a hard water area), but it still did not work.
Spoke to Ahmed on the phone who will send out a replacement unit (and advised us to descale on every other filter change).

Having a hot water tap in our kitchen has changed our lives. So quick and easy to install and we literally use it multiple times a day. The customer service team are also really good replying to any queries we have had in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Had an issue with our boiler tank. Spoke to Ahmed who was vey helpful and called me back to arrange a new tank to be sent out. Would recommend.

After a courtesy call from Verana regarding a hot water boiler that stopped functioning, initially refusing exchange due to expiry of warranty. I have now been offered a refund for the purchase of a new boiler. I cannot fault the after service I received. Pleased with the response and would recommend the company.

Hanstrom Hot water tap. We love having the hot water tap in our kitchen - really helps with energy saving and cooking. It is a simple, sleek design and looks good in our kitchen. Had an issue with it and the customer service team were straight on it giving us all the information to help with the issue and honouring the wararnty. Thank you Hanstrom - great service.

We had an issue with our boiler which stopped working just outside of the warranty period. Ahmed kindly agreed to send us a replacement boiler free of charge. Great Service.
