The cropped trousers arrived, I put a pair on and went out, went to put my purse in the pocket and it went streight through, the pocket had not been stitched properly. Spoke to the company they asked if I would prefer a refund or exchange, I asked for an exchange, I had told them I had worn one pair. I checked the second pair and they were the same the pocket was not stitched. Sent both back then the compay refunded me and and will not communicate at all..............What a way to do business!!

Fast efficient delivery. Fantastic Linen selection. I wish they did more of this range though. I will miss the Linen styles once they have sold out!! What will I do!!!

I like these garments but apprehensive about the sizing

I now have 5 linen dresses from Vera Tucci, they are flattering and comfortable, an easy no hassle throw on, they get compliments each time I wear them. The fabric is lovely and becomes soft and floaty with wear, hanging well, the colours are lovely and bold without being brash They were delivered quickly and never disappoint.

Incredible value for money, the medium weight linen was really good quality in fabulous colours, I bought several items on the recommendation of a friend.
Personally found Facebook communication awkward for me but VT were responsive - I’m just not use to communicating in this way.

Before I purchased items from Vera Tucci, I tried to contact the shop via their messenger link, but recieved no reply. The items ordered were not suitable, however the low rating from me is due to the returns process, which I found very frustrating. Firstly the returns page on their website was not working, so I was unable to get instructions on how to do the return, or log my return. In the end I sent the items through the post with a cover letter, which felt like the only option left to me and seems an insecure method.

Lovely colours, styles and fabric, very good value. I particularly like no fastening and 2 deep pockets :)
