no way of contacting company. No company response
two of the same style dresses ordered, same sz.differnet colour
one fits beautifully, the other is several sz smaller.
There is no email for this company other than for damaged items. I left an email, no reply.
There is no phone number for this company.
The company website states you have to use their booked returns. When you try to do this, it tells you that the page is not found. It doesn't exist.
The website tells you to write to the company with any issues, i've done this twice, not response at all.
so you cannot return a faulty item , you're just stuck with it, the worst customer service i think i've ever encountered.
