Scam company, I ordered two angel capes for my twin girls and they were too small so I returned them but they only gave me a refund for 1 costume. They claim I only returned 1 cape but I have twins what would I have done with just 1 cape? I tried to explain to them and they could see in the past that I had ordered 2 of each product. Shame on them…they don't think about parents with children how much sacrifice they make. They just steal from me 18.90£

I lost £75 as they never acknowledged my return. Avoid
Despite much chasing integer received a refund on 2 coats, worth £75 after I returned them (i ordered a couple of colours)

I ordered some clothes on 27/12. I still haven't received them as their website was out of date and my selected pickup point has closed down. The clothes have been delivered to a pickup point 100 miles from my home. They were unable to redirect and I was advised I would have to wait for them to be returned to verbaudet and then I would eventually get a refund. I waited for the pickup collection window to expire and them to be returned, only to be told they have been redelivered to the same pickup point which is still 100miles from my house. There seems to be no way to sort the problem. They just thank me for contacting them and advise that they have delivered them to the wrong place and they hope that helps. They will likely reply to this review and ask me to contact them via 'one of the methods' on their website (as if I haven't already tried SO many times!) and I will go round in the stupid loop again.
Good quality, great prices.
Only place I could find sleep sacks with sleeves for a reasonable price. Was very hesitant after checking TrustPilot before hand but I’ve had zero issues. Delivered 7 days after order, which might be a touch longer than other places but wasn’t an issue for me at all - it was within the delivery timeframe. Lovely items and look/feel good quality.
Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery, in fact, so slow they haven't delivered my items. Ordered on 30th August and still waiting on 21st September. Verbaudet has assured me that it's on it's way, but I'm not convinced.
It's a shame because I used to order from this company years ago and it was always worth it. Beautiful clothes and reasonable prices and they actually shipped items on time. This is not the case anymore. Disappointed.

I placed an order on 01/02/22 of a shrug that I needed for my daughter on her birthday on 13/02/22.
After multiple calls I was informed that they take two weeks to deliver. I kept quiet that there might be some problem. Then I searched for their number again so that I could contact them they had removed their number so that no one contacts them.
Hence, i decided to email them in the start of March asking about my parcel as it had been a long time for which i had paid £20.79 that includes £4.99 of delivery.
They told me after few days that the parcel was delivered on 28/02. Are u £&&/&/&-@/ kidding me???

Worried but no need to be! Great item!
I was really concerned after seeing other reviews that I wouldn’t get my item in time for Christmas (the 10-14 working days delivery took us up to Christmas Eve so we didn’t have any wiggle room).
We’d spent nearly £100 on a dolls house and I was thinking it wasn’t going to get here. Trust pilot reviews were awful and social media comments painted a similar picture.
BUT…
Our item arrived! Well within the time frame too. We built it up last night and it is beautiful! So much better quality than I’ve seen elsewhere.
Only reason I’ve not given 5* is because a 10-14 working day delivery seems madness in this day and age! Otherwise, can’t fault them.

Yes items did take a longer while tovarrive than we have got used to. However what lovely clothes! My 3 year old granddaughter loves putting them on, they are warm and fleecy and very well priced. They are a good fit, so if in any doubt order the next size. I will be ordering lots again

I was aware that there would be a long delivery time on the order when I placed it, I was advised of 8-10 working days. Currently on 14 working days and the item was despatched 2 days ago and is still not here…what is taking so long?!

Reading the latest reviews and having had the experience of ordering some electrical accessories from Germany in January, which took quite a long while to reach me, I was reticent in ordering again after Brexit from Verbaudet.
With all clothing shops closed and my son being very picky, Verbaudet was the only shop which matched my son tastes: classy jackets, without being too rigid/tarnished.
All the products I ordered before from Verbaudet were proven by time. My son, nearly eight, still got his carpet I bought from Verbaudet after he was born. It was the only place where I could find natural fiber rugs for children. I also wash all my carpets yearly, in the bath, so this one washed well all this time.
Verbaudet has distinctive clothes, of good quality. The latest order, placed in March reached me quite quick.

I ordered on 24th January fully aware of the 17 day brexit delay they’re stating I was happy to wait but fast forward to today 11th February and my order still hasn’t even been dispatched and they can’t tell me when it will be or when I’ll actually receive my order.

‘The parcel is ready to go but there is a hold up at customs with another one of our deliveries so we are not sending out the other deliveries until we get everything sorted with customs’
Refusing to give me a refund/cancel my order as because it’s been processed and invoiced they can’t. Why!? Your not sending it so just give me a refund and continue not sending it.
If your having issues adjust your website to say so or even stop processing orders to the uk until you’ve sorted everything
Taking peoples money and fulfilling your side of the contract is not how you should run a business
Slow delivery, wont order again
Took over a month for my order to be delivered. All I ordered was some plastic pots for my babies food. Wont order from here again.
Never ever again.
Never ever again. Been waiting over a month. Took them three weeks to “pick order” after I chased where it was. Another week passed.. Asked for refund as they clearly can’t fulfil the order. No reply but order has been changed to “shipped”. Funny that. Ridiculous service. Don’t deserve to have a company. Won’t be using again. I hope everything fits as I’m sure attempting to return would be an absolute nightmare.

If you're planning on ordering children's clothes from this company, make sure you order a size larger than you need, as your kids will have grown by the time your order reaches you. Website does not state that they are based in France, which all adds to the delivery time. I ordered 3 weeks ago and they still haven't dispatched item. No idea when it will come. They take the payment straight away and make you wait. As the item was urgent (for a premature baby) and they couldn't give me a dispatch date, I asked to cancel the order and they refused. I asked for a refund since they hadn't dispatched yet and they refused. I am now pursuing a refund through my credit card company, as the item will be useless by the time it arrives. The baby is growing by the day. Very poor service indeed.
