I used to buy from them a lot in the past, but the customer service is very poor lately. They refused to amend an order 5 minutes after it has been placed with the excuse that the order was already processed and not amenable, however, they parcel was ready 2 days after placing order and shipped 5 days later. I had to return the first order but still haven't received any refund. Then when I placed a new order, it took them 11 days just to ship it and I still haven't received anything. Its a shame because they used to be a very good company but not any more.

I have ordered a few times clothes for my little girl and love them (just make sure you order one size up because french sizes are pretty small). Also bought a bookshelf and storage box for toys and absolutely love the design.

I have not received my order, and the comunication has been non-existent. I emailed after 8-9 working days to ask about my order progress, and have been told they will come back with an update the next day, after contacting the courier. They never did. Emailed again 2 days later, stating that what was in the parcel was somehow needed asap,so if their progress is not there I would like to know to buy it elsewhere, rather than wait to long. No reply at all. So now it has been nearly 3 weeks from my order, no parcel, no answer with an update, and no idea how to request a refund( will look into it). It was my first order with them so needless to say will never order again!

Returned item in May. Still not received a refund even after being advised numerous times it has been done.
Would advise anyone returning items to check their bank statements.

The quality of their products and delivery process is amazing. I did not have to contact them to query anything. It was so easy.
Would definitely order again.

I ordered some clothes for my son. They all arrived in the incorrect size. I contacted customer services. They said to send them back and reorder, ie I should do all the work to make up for their mistake. I didn't bother. I gave the clothes away. I replied to customer service to explain their response was unhelpful and to ask them to get it touch if they cared about actually solving my problem. that was weeks ago and I've had no reply. Its totally out of order to expect a customer to waste their time reordering clothes due to the companies mistake! Whats to say they woulfnt just send the wrong size again. Also they were supposed to apply 2 discounts to my order but never did. Totally robbed! Avoid.

Goods are fantastic quality and last extremely well. I love all their pretty products, they are on the expensive side sometimes but i think it is worth it for certain things.

My daughter has had a few pairs of the most fantastic leather sandals and they are so comfortable and just last and last. she always out grows them before they even look old! rather sad!

Will use again and again
