Scam don't place an order

Scam don't place an order. I ordered a hoodie 6th December and never received it. Contact is only possible by email. The ask you for patience, tell you "when it was shipped" then they tell you it has been shipped but royal mail is slow... they never provide you any tracking number and now they are not answering at all. I started refund process via my credit card company and placed a report to police.
Wish me luck to get my money back...

SCAMMERS

Yeah don't order from these. Ordered 2 items and never received them and customer service never helped. Gave up after a few months.

Do not order from this company

Product ordered in December and here in February still not arrived. Customer service is non existent tracking number provided shows on Royal Mail as they never received the goods. Only contact is via an email with very unhelpful responses insisting they have sent the item. Now going to pursue through my bank to get the money back.
