I bought a hoodie from verborgen and it's been 2 MONTHS now without receiving the package yet, I've also tried to write them an email but I get no reply. the website is managed by a person who does not take it seriously! terrible customer service and not a serious company, DO NOT BUY FROM IT

This is a great hoodie. Versy cool Design and nice quality from the Text on the hoodie. The shipping was very long but for this great hoodie its okay! I like Verborgen!

This company is ran by a literal child which is fair enough but he has no clue how to run a buisness. I ordered a couple of pieces which i got an order confirmation for, but when the 7 weeks shipping time was up i got in contact threw instagram where i was told he didn’t put my order in his system. When my order finally did come (another 7 weeks later lol) he sent the wrong size cargos (£85) which feel like cardboard and the hoodie became bally on like the second wear. I just kept the comically small cargos as i couldn’t be bothered with his pathetic shipping and now they rot away in the back of my wardrobe! I saw potential with this brand but from the 4 months it took for my order to arrive his brain dead, unoriginal and straight up over priced brand became almost repulsing to me. After spending £160 with Verborgen my bank details will never grace his site ever again.
And if anyone wants a pair of their cargos in a size 28 i’ll send them if u pay for shipping 😂

Terrible. I’ve messaged them back and fourth on Instagram for nearly 4 months and I have neither received my package or a refund. Totally ridiculous. I was told that If my package didn’t arrive weeks ago I’d receive a refund and I never did. Stay away from this website. Scam.

Delivered wrong item. Emailed to get a refund/return. Was declined a refund and given a made up return address. Awful. Please avoid.

I ordered the brown rhinestone tracksuit, quality is as good as you would want it, the colour is 🔥🔥, and the fit is a perfect oversize fit, the only reason for not full stars is the shipping took approximately 6 weeks which is far to long but was worth it most definitely

Placed my order on January 15th and waited just over 8 weeks for my entire order to arrive.
Alot of reviews so far mentioned customer service, while I don’t think you should need to I recommend being in constant contact with the company via email and add your order number with ever email while asking for shipping updates etc.
Overall the wait is worth it. My zip up is very good quality and looks as shown on the site.
However the brand could improve massively on customer service.

No product delivered. No refund. No communication. Avoid.

Had to wait for months before I got my package , awful communication, and the quality and sizing is shocking definitely not worth the price
