Order placed on August 9th, today 17th September not yet arrived. After contacting them both on Instagram and via email, they replied that the order would arrive within a week but this was not the case. Don't order.

Complete scam - ordered jeans and a hoodie for my son for Christmas - jeans never arrived. Hoodie finally arrived but it was completely different to what I had ordered and of awful quality. No proper engagement from the company. If you are in the UK and have had a similar issue you can open a dispute with your bank -they can take the money out of the retailers account - enough disputes raised then the authorities get involved.

Do not order!!!! After 3 months, I have not received my order. Customer Service tried to reassure me at first and then offered a refund but this is a lie.....nothing is happening.....I feel I have been robbed!!!!

Got the 2 tone tracksuit for my son. He loves it great quality and much faster delivery recently

Avoid at all costs. Terrible service. Ordered product over 11 weeks ago and despite reassuring emails at the start they have now gone silent, complete scammers

to this day i didnt even received Tracking number or email about shipping! Customer Service is responding but with no detailed explenation about situation and status only that they got problems on parcels at UPS i never had problem with packages before and im ordering monthly from around world! paid 200$ for Jacket wanted refund they dont even respod anymore! they ensured me that bad Trust Pilot reviews are fake… please… you wish they were fake.. now i see why they are negative
Im never ordering from here again and you should not too! if my order is gon be delievered im gonna delete this.

All orders over £150 will be tracked unless you choose Free shipping, you will receive your tracking number via Email . We recommend you choose express shipping since we are not responsible if your standard non tracked parcel doesn't arrive, however we will make sure we can sort out any issue. this is argument from store who want 200$ for jacket? Lol be more stable and profesionall
what type of store you are if you dont refund orders… acting cool with photos ln instagram but saving every penny for yourselfs to not accept problems you got and give back money to people because of your unprofesionality.

Really bad customer service. I ordered one of their tracksuits a pair of cargos and another hoodie, the hoodie and the cargos came but the tracksuit never arrived, I sent countless emails and DMs to both the owner of the brand and the brands own page. They replied once or twice saying they would sort it out but never did.

This company is great, the service, the products, all of it is wonderful. This is 100% religious and worthwhile. Overall would recommend to everyone!

After more than 20 emails still waiting on my refund, the customers service is not smart I had bad exchange with them. They are all liers.
Trust me don't buy anything to this company it's seems it's a fake company.
Order on begining on december 2022 still fighting with them. Nothing received and they say that they refund me but no money they don't want to send me proof of payment.

Super unreliable company. There website doesn’t provide any contact details. I didn’t receive my hoodie, although the tracking info states „delivered“. No reaction when requesting back the money and the customer has to proof where the delivered items ended up. Super bad business style. take care - this is first class scam!!
I’m trying to get this hoodie since December 3rd.

Do not hire this 'company'/person to consult on social media, Google, Facebook or other. I found him unprofessional and inexperienced. Jack Fernandes (Verborgen) is obviously too young or unable to do the work this type of work. When I met with him he spent time on his phone answering texts, was not able to answer any questions nor fix issues. Checking after giving him access to our accounts he did no other work on our business. I paid in full for 6 hours, despite him only doing 3-4 hours. This is not someone I would recommend anyone hire. This is not someone who has ever been a client of our company either.

Worst customer service ever, it’s ran by a bunch of mongs Who don’t have a clue on how to run a business. No reply to any emails, dms or anything. Most they will do will give a blunt immature response on insta comments which says nothing. It’s such a shame because it’s a nice af brand as well. I’m still waiting on my order and have got no updates whatsoever. Don’t order from here, just buy it on depop

Ordered a product which was due to ship following week - hadn't arrived 3 weeks later

When i chase up i get no response - after sending 6 e-mails i get a single line response 'this should have shipped'.
Over a month after ordering - and knowing they have no stock I request a refund - but again get no response. Awful customer service and am now having to pursue a refund via my bank
