Well i cant think of anything positive , from lies on fitting date wrongly measured windows .bodge job. 3 times to rectify door again not measured right. Not turning up then neighbours work damaging my roof , seroiusly though not using these con artists ever again . WONKY WINDOWS should be their new name and dont try using your guarantee they state seals arent included neither are locks keys and trim
Also draughts come as standard along with staff who really dont like working there let alone bosses trusting them .This company deserve a medal for Superior bodge jobs .

Verdi is absolutely a company I can recommend. The whole process from arranging a quote (so reasonable compared to other companies) to having the window put in, was stress free and easy. The office staff were helpful and polite and provided all the information and paperwork I needed. The installers were polite, as quiet as they could be and cleaned up completely. Best of all was the window, it is such good quality and installed so well. I can highly recommend this company.

Conservatory install is now complete. But as per previous reviews no communication - lack of planning. Sales guy has said that he never even discussed things he promised at the consult and despite his own assurance we have never seen or heard from him again. They don't make suggestions or explain implications of designs. Contracts not correct, they say one payment after all works is done but there are part payments on the way and they refuse to proceed until they paid.
The only positive were the actual ground works team and install guys .

We chose Verdi as we have had work done before that was A1, and again we are so very satisfied with the workmanship, such Clean tidy workmen leaving all areas used spotless, all our questions answered, we had a new flat roof above our bay window and a lovely canopy put up above our front door, absolutely lovely job, lots of comments from family & friends, we absolutely love it our house looks amazing, Thanks to Verdi. They are sure to get our next home improvement jobs, Thank you Verdi your company is nothing short of first class.

Had a veranda done by them. Very professional. The building process was done very quickly and the quality and finish was beyond what we expected. I was worried I was overpaying when comparing to ready-made, assemble-yourself but this is sturdy, with drains in built and properly anchored down. Very very pleased with the work and the guys were very nice.

Excellent service , didn’t feel pushed into buying the 2 doors I wanted on the night .

Verdi has built our conservatory attached to the back of our house - 3m x 5m, Edwardian dome roof. We proposed to Verdi our atypical design, they provided useful feedback (the roof goes slightly around the corner to maximize space and fitting existing garage, internal brickwork matching existing house bricks, rainwater downpipe connected to existing drainage).

The walls are full length and the construction of it hit a couple of snags but Verdi surveyors identified it and made sure it was corrected with absolutely no hassle, just a slight delay - nothing unusual for a built of its size. In the end the brickwork looks great inside and out.

The fitters' work (doors, roof) is absolutely immaculate. They also took care of all the details that needed to be changed such as alterations to existing guttering, pointing, sealing.

All the guys on site were efficient and kept the area tidy. From beginning to end the project was managed well by update calls and follow up calls and the office folks we very professional.

We had a large veranda fitted in our garden. The work was unfortunately postponed due to issues with transport, but Verdi kept us in the loop at all times. The workman were friendly & courteous, turned up when they said they would and were there for 3 days in total. Really pleased with the work. No issues at all.

We love the windows and the patio doors, great quality and value for money. The salesman wasn’t pushy. The two guys so sorry I cannot remember their names they were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better than them. Well done chaps. If we decide to have more doors in the future we will certainly go back to this company. We so so happy

Avoid! Would not recommend. We had windows and doors fitted by Verdi two years ago now. Their salesman was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. After agreeing they fitted windows and doors as promised. However, the back door would not close. After several months of e-mails (in which they never responded) and calls in which they made false promises it was finally fixed. It took 5 visits for them to fix it. The final person who actually fixed it immediately noticed the problem that it wasnt installed properly and re-did it.

An additional year on the brickwork is falling on the window as they did not correctly install a lintel. Essentially this will cost thousands to fix. Like before I have sent countless e-mails with very little response.

I would highly recommend you avoid Verdi and look elsewhere.

Verdi replaced the soffits and guttering on my house in January 2023. The products they supplied are of high quality and their installation team did a very professional job finished to a high standard.

They provided what the sales person quoted. The fitters were efficient, nice and friendly. The job was done very well xx
