Ok so many reasons:
1. The style of clothing is different to every other brand. Unique compared to the usual options we have in nz. Feels like a style of outfits that finally fits my identity.
2. Quality clothing! The fabric, cut and stitching is on another level yet still affordable.
3. Returns process is easy as
4. There’s not an overwhelming volume of clothing in each drop.. just enough that I find I’m critically considering how each piece would fit in a long term wardrobe. But at same time I’m counting down days till the next drop. It’s the perfect balance.

I ordered on May 28th and was keeping an eye on the tracking which hasn’t updated since June 2nd. I emailed them about a week after that to check in and see if they had any more information which they did not. They said they’d open an inquiry with the shipping company and get back to me, which they have not. At this point I’ve emailed a couple more times and reached out on Instagram to no response. Before I was hoping for a refund or store credit and now I just feel as though I’ve been scammed out of money that I worked hard for. Very disappointed :(

Edit: They have gotten back to me and have started the process for a refund so I added two more stars. The customer service representatives were nice but didn’t communicate in a super timely manner. I’m just really bummed out because I love this brand and have ordered in the past and although they offered me a refund this time they said they don’t usually for missing parcels with no explanation as to why that is, even though I explicitly asked. Now I don’t feel confident ordering from them going forward :(

I love this clothing company! Their designs are unique and fun, their customer care is excellent, and their prices are affordable. I’m so glad I discovered them. I am constantly checking their website for new pieces to add to my closet. If they started an ambassador program I would love to be apart of it, 100% support their company.

I've gotten some really cute clothes from here, and generally the customer service and shipping is really good!

However, I did dock them one star, because one time I left a 3-star review on a dress (it was so cute but just way too short) and my review was never posted - which I thought was a bit disingenuous of them. I'd actually bought the dress after reading the other reviews so I thought it was misleading for them to do this.

VRG Girl is the goat of online fashion these days. Since creating their own pieces they have completely changed the brand and the experience. The styles are all so unique and the quality is amazing! Everything is so timeless yet so 'cool'. Their customer service is also a 10/10, very responsive :) Love it xx

Although shipping took a little longer than I expected, I loved my clothes the way they fit are so flattering. The sizing charts were extremely helpful, and their customer service is impeccable!! Definitely a would recommend this company and product!!

I recently required some help regarding one of my Vrg Grl orders. I sent off an email and received a super quick response from Chelsea. Not only did she answer all my questions and go above and beyond to solve my problems, but she was just so lovely. She was so helpful, and her kindness went a long way.
Chelsea has definitely made me an even bigger fan of this business, and I feel even more motivated to shop here.

The quality is amazing, it came pretty fast for international too. It is definitely worth the price in my opinion just because I know it will last a long time and it also looks expensive

Absolutely love all the clothes on this site and even when not on sale they are very reasonable prices! Especially considering the great quality of the clothes. I always get compliments whenever I wear any of the peices!

Also ships really quickly and even though I am in the United States it did not take long to get my clothes. I have also had to make a return before and that process is super easy and user friendly!

This company is so aesthetically pleasing and has the most beautiful designs. I am always looking forward to their new drops and have many pieces from different collections.
