What great service all in one day!

What great service all in one day!
Andre the salesman came back a few times to make sure we understood how everything worked. A big shout out to the service department Hares installed our mobile device and was very patient the employee's make the company.

Good management Great service

When I filled a contact form on their web page, they immediately called me and arranged an appointment without any delay. The installer thought together with me for the possibilities on given conditions of my situation, came up with solutions and options. Explained me everything in great detail. Everything was transparent. No hidden costs. No sales pitch. I was very impressed by how he worked. Then there were a few problems with the internet connection. He was all in solutions, took an extra mile, gave time and effort to solve everything without even knowing that if I am going to be able to sign the contract or not. I had to ask permission from VVE. I believe thanks to his positive attitutude, every external obstacle is solved very easily and quickly. This camera is necessary for me because of a stalker situation. He made the whole process very light and fun for me so I wouldn't feel more stressed than I am already. Great installer, great work ethics. Really in service mindset. Listening to the customer. Seeing the needs. Arranging everything with care. He also explained in a very good way of how to use it and after that I immediately felt confident with the menu on the control panel, with the app... which is quite unlikely for me because I have adhd. Also good management. Something popped up, the manager stepped in and also solved with great mindset of prioritizing the customer satisfaction. No BS (sorry). No arragonce. Only giving high quality service. Unfortunately very rare nowadays to find this. Also great prices. I was very worried about the costs. They had great opportunities. I am very happy that I chose Verisure and Mr.L.M. was the installer. I advise everyone to install this camera security system if they are sleeping with worries, if they need evidence for police. And I suggest them to work with this company.

Perfect alarmsystem.

Perfect alarmsystem.
High quality and a lot of online options and possibilities.
You have to keep the monthly costs for monitoring and control in mind but overal worth the value.

Do not get fooled

They fool you enough to make you take the system and sign the agreement. Once you do that all kinds of extra charges keeps flowing into your direct debit. Residentially the guy who came to our house Sem was manipulative and fraudulent

Niels and his colleague were super helpful. They were always patient and kind to answer all our questions. The installation went smoothly. The system is truly complete, as if every unfortunate possible event has been thought of and addressed. The mobile app is also easy to use.

Their company is a cheater and total…

Their company is a cheater and total scams
When they wanted to sell their products they could do everything in 24h just to sell it.and now my camera only after 10month use is damaged and i have called them to fix it and they said they will come only in end April
Its unbelievable disgusting after sales service.and i said i want to terminate and they said will call back after 15 days.this is a total scams everyone should get a lawyer and together sue this company

service must always be good and not only when purchasing new products

the service when you purchase new products is excellent, a technician is immediately scheduled and everything is neatly installed. But for existing products the service is very poor and you are left to your own devices and remote help is all they can offer!

Read it if you are an expat and looking…

Read it if you are an expat and looking for an indoor security system. I will keep updating this review every month with new notes.

——-One week after installation——-

1. I had several options to make my house secured. Lots of offers received. Good solutions, bit pricy.
2. Got a flyer from verisure and called them, the specialist arrived same day at 8 PM. Yes 8 PM. Even after working hours. Good solution fair prices.
3. Robert Algra throughly examined the house and made some suggestions on different devices and solutions. Really great salesmanship, knows the product really well. Answered all my questions. Well maybe not all cause some of them were too technical. Next day the devices and Robert were here.
4. Robert and Ilza together installed the devices. Showed us how the solution works. Fast and simple.by the way did i mention they both speak fluent English?
5. In the evening the devices started going crazy with alarms and sounds, every second. Extremely annoying. Called them up tech was out for the day. Called up Robert and he was here in less than 30 minutes. This happened after working hours around 8 ish but he was here to take care of the issue.
6. He had to come back the next day since there was some malfunctions and he fixed it in an hour or so. Right now it seems that the system works well.

Huge thanks to Robert for supporting day and night and being always there for us and congratz to Verisure for hiring such talents.

Down sides:
1. While installing the devices there was a damage to one of the windows. Although they said they will repair it but it wont be the same old frame. I hope they fix this ASAP.
2. I have a video door bell which sends way too many false notifications. I have called them up but it has not been fixed yet.

Ill keep posting here about my experience. Stay tuned

Update:

- I have tried to speak with Noah several times but no one could have connected him to me so far.
-The window is still broken more than 2 weeks passed and it makes me wonder now whether it was just in the beginning that the support was good. Im decreasing my rating
- system seems to be working OK though.

Trap in the beginning

They have very bad service if you want to end the contract. No one contacted me within 15 working days/three weeks. After my third call in a roll, someone called me and prolonged the end date for nonsense.
Please be aware that devices which you bought are not for yourself, they will ask to get back even you paid for it because I paid almost EUR 600 for those devices in the beginning. No one mentioned that is only for renting the devices.
Awful handling if you don't need that system any more. Once you have it, you can not easy to quit...

Verisure is using useless cameras

This is the WORSE security company in the world! Unfortunately I m customer of Verisure for about 2-3 years. Every year I have problem with my front garden camera. On 30 January 2024 technician came at my house in Almere Buiten to change my camera with new one because the old one was making so many errors and it refused to recognize their solar charger. He was supposed to do a job and I was happy that all is over, after I did charge the camera and placed it on the wall yesterday 31 January the camera get same problems - it dosnt recognize the solar panel, the camera is offline. I called today 1 February TWO times customer service, first time I spoke with one useless lady that she explained how I can reinstall my camera and how it will work, she did send me the WRONG manual instruction for DOOR BELL and not for camera! I was shocked, I called back and got another customer service employee, I complained to her against the technician and the employee from the customer service, and she didn’t even apologized for their mistakes and problems that they made me. She only gave me an appointment for 7 February, so on the top of all problems they caused me now I have to take second free day so I can be at home while their employee is trying to solve problem with their cameras! Not fair! If they can’t solve it I will end my contract with Verisure and they won’t see even a cent from me any more! I m sick and tired from Verisure Netherlands!!!!
