I bought a eufy camera and found it rubbish if I could give them them less I would it connects to the phone then turns it self off and doesn't record anything completely a waste of money and time

I am very disappointed with VERISURE
I am very disappointed with VERISURE, they never return calls , I have a problem with the existing equipment that was installed by Onno Reumerman, whom I have called several times to add another feature and he never answers his phone and when I leave urgent messages he never returns the call. I am looking for another alarm company which would be reliable. God forbid if there is a break in, I doubt their response.

Just buy ring or something else
Stay way from this guys, we have lost a lot of money , and for what? Just so after 6 months a guy comes and does not even do his job right , trying to sell us new cameras for outside. Communication was terrible, no one ever answers the phone and emails never get answered they just call you out of the blue.

Worst experience with Verisure security…
Worst experience with Verisure security expert, Richard and the customer service when we raised complaint. The person installed our cameras wrong and did not complete the installation. He is now not responding to calls or messages and i have raised the complaint twice now with no action, whatsoever! They debit us every month for the service charges and can't even resolve this issue for the last 2 months now.
They were super quick to get us into the contract with false promises and now no response at all. We are planningbto take this to consumer court. Putting a review here for others who wouldn't appreciate being cheated and scammed!

I got cheated by their employee Sem (utrecht) who installed the alarms. He made a false statement and made me sign the contract.
Now after canceling the contract and asking for a refund they are still sending an invoice for the monthly payment.
Please do NOT get cheated by VERISURE like us.

A company that doesn't deliver…
A company that doesn't deliver according to their terms and conditions. Fraud ! This company sends unprofessional workers out to get people to sign contracts. These workers either quit the job after few weeks or probably fired and then you'll be left in limbo !
You get tied with contracts with cameras either installed wrongly or a camera that's not working properly. Verisure will later send your details to TKB their so called incasso partner. Make sure you have all conversation on black and white and dont be scared with their threat! Netherland is a country that is guided by rules and regulations and they aren't bigger than the law.
