Great company to deal with, Paul was very quick to get back to us and made a lot of accommodation for our group as we were staying at separate accommodations. The mini-bus was very comfortable both ways and the drivers were very friendly. We would certainly use this company again next time.

Wonderful experience, met as we left the arrivals and driver was very friendly and patient as we got ourselves sorted. Van was very modern and smooth trip to Passo Tonale and similarly on the way back to the airport.

Online booking was easy with speedy confirmation of the details. Thorough instructions were given along with times, dates and prices etc. There was also contact information should any problems arise. The driver was waiting at arrivals and took us to the vehicle which was immaculate. the whole journey to and from the airport was done without any stress. The drivers are very polite too. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Verona Airport Transfers. It always seems difficult to know what company to trust and book however before booking I contacted customer services to ask questions and they were very helpful and replied very quickly. We were met at arrivals with no problems and our driver was very courteous and took us straight to our destination. On return date he was at the agreed location before our agreed pick up time which was fantastic. I’d definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul is very helpful on the email, prompt replies are very reassuring. Driver waiting for us at arrivals, and at our hotel well before our requested departure time of 06.15. Cars are immaculate. Drivers are very professional. I can only recommend and I will use again the next time I am in Verona.

Highly recommend. Driver was there when we landed at Verona. Very pleasant and polite. Vehicle nice and clean. Good journey to Limone Sul Garda.
Return journey was faultless. Arrived at the hotel on time to collect us, same experience back to the airport. Communication via email good. Would definitely use again.

No transfer when we landed at Verona. Called Micro, the contact on our confirmation email and he didn’t have our booking and wasn’t very helpful. Another taxi driver saw that we were at a loss and looked at my confirmation email, he then called over a man, who was Micro!! He said that he did not have my booking, even though I had a confirmation email of my booking which I showed him. He said that I should contact Paul in the UK. He advised that it would be best if we got a local taxi. Which we did and it ended up being 10 Euros cheaper than the transfer that I had booked.

It was later confirmed by Paul that my booking had been missed as I had booked so far in advance!!

Deposit was paid and no offer of it being refunded!

Prompt and punctual service - and responds quickly to queries - will use again.

The private minibus was excellent, the driver was great and everything ran like clockwork.

It was also great value at EUR 1,000 for a return trip of 2.5hrs from the airport to Val Gardena.

We will definitely be using these transfers again next time!

Fantastic service. Both legs of the journey were seamless and I was able to get in contact easily on the day before the return to confirm.

Paul and Mirco replied promptly to our initial request and were very flexible in accommodating later requests to add additional passengers to the transfers. The drivers were punctual and polite, and we felt very safe with their driving. The minivan was also very comfortable and clean. Paul confirmed our return transfer the day before so we were reassured that we could get back to the airport in a timely manner. Their costs were competitive in comparison to other transfer companies. I would recommend their services

We booked an airport transfer to Canazei for a group of 13. Pick ups from the airport and the hotel (for the return leg) were on-time and well handled by the friendly and professional drivers. The minibus was clean and comfortable. We were able to make the payment by card after each leg, which was convenient.
Would definitely use the company again for future trips.
Also to add: the UK contact (Paul) was really helpful with my questions prior to our arrival.

We travelled to Verona for our winter break and used this transfer service to arrive at our final destination, and from start to finish the service was brilliant. The website was easy to use and all information was provided for the transfer upon our arrival. The driver was Still there, even though our flight was delayed by nearly an hour. The driver had a plaque with our name on and was very polite and assisted us with our baggage. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. We will definitely be using this service again on our next trip in May.

Hi, Our transfers from Verona airport to Folgarida were perfect. On arrival, the driver was at the arrivals point with clearly labelled sign. Our driver was friendly and a very careful driver up some very challenging roads!
The Vehicle was spotless and plenty of space for 7 of us with all our ski stuff.
The return was equally excellent, on time and a more scenic route but arrived at Verona airport with plenty of time.
I will definitely recommend! Thankyou.
