Excellent company with super service and very good communication

Our booking was only made 48 hours before travel due to our original company cancelling at short notice, so we were lucky they could help. We found this company to be competitive and efficient, also only paid £10 deposit with balance on arrival. Our driver was waiting at the airport patiently after we were delayed in passport control giving us a smooth seamless journey to our destination. Before our return we had to email a couple of times to clarify times and found the response was quick and helpful. The driver was prompt for our pick up and we arrived in good time for our flight. Nice clean car, very pleasant driver and we won't hesitate to use again.

Were waiting when we arrived in Verona and got us efficiently to the car and our destination at Lake Garda. Return trip driver was on time and dropped us right at the departure entrance.

We booked our transfer from Verona airport to Ortisei ski resort. The booking process was simple and the pricing competitive.

We were met promptly at the airport, despite our flight being a little early, and had our 6 suitcases loaded into the back of the taxi by the driver without us having to ask.

On arrival we paid by card - the driver does not have a card reader but can call back to HQ and give the details over the phone, providing a photo of a receipt, though paying by cash may be easier if you are prepared to carry it or paranoid about your details.

Unfortunately we had to add a small detour on to our return journey as my father ended up being admitted to the ICU in a nearby hospital due to a skiing accident. I messaged very late in the evening the day before our return journey and Paul was very accommodating, allowing us to add the detour onto our journey for a fee of 50 EUR and even allowing me to make another change to our detour destination even later in the evening after a mistake made by the insurance company (booking the wrong hotel).

We completed our journey back to the airport and arrived in plenty of time after an uneventful journey.

Can't fault any of the service provided and would happily use them again.

We chose this company originally due to a very competitive quote. Thoroughout there was excellent communication from Paul and despite a very delayed arrival in Verona our driver was waiting for us with a smile. For both legs of the journey the vehicles were immaculate and got us to our destination as quickly a possible in spite of there being crashes on the toll road. Excellent company, would highly recommend and will definitely use again next time we are back in the region.

We booked a return transfer for our family of three from Verona Airport to the Madonna Di Campiglio. We felt the overall cost representing very good value for money. Verona-Airport- Transfers were very accomodating when we need to alter our arrival tiem due to a flight change and confirmed in writing our request had been received and our booking ammended. The drivers for both journeys arrived on time 9early actaully for the return) and were both very professional. The cars for both journeys were spotless. I would highly recommend using Verona-Airport-Transfers for stress-free transfers.

Really great taxi company. We booked their bus for 10 of us, which was super spacious and comfortable, from Verona airport to Ortisei. Our driver was on time for collection and pick up, and really friendly. Great price vs other companies too. Highly recommend.

Good driver waited at the airport for us. His English was good and the car was clean and nice. Both trips on time. I can definitely recommend this service to my friends and will use them again next year.

We came out of the airport and my driver was there waiting with my name clearly shown. His English was excellent and he warmly welcomed us. We took a short walk to the comfortable car. Then he drove us directly and safely to Selva, 2.5 hours away. Friendly and professional. I would definitely use again.
