Transfer was great from start to finish. Pick up time was spot on.
Van was very clean and in good order with water bottles.
Driver was very helpful and got us to the airport safely and quickly.

First time using this transfer company but will do so again. We were met at Verona airport by our driver, Joseph, who helped us with luggage to the taxi and took the trouble to mention points of interest on the way to Malcesine. Altogether, it was a pleasant experience despite taking longer than normal due to unusually heavy traffic. Thanks!

Excellent company, quick email response and extremely reliable

We booked a cab to and from Sirmione on Lake Garda and we’re delighted with the service. A chap was waiting for us at the airport and took us to Sirmione in a beautiful black Mercedes. The town was closed to cars when we arrived but he saw to it that we caught the golf buggy to our hotel. We then paid as per the agreement. I was a bit hesitant at this point as we hoped they would turn up for the return journey but needn’t have worried. The driver on the return leg of the journey turned up early again in a high end people carrier. I was unsure he’d be able to get access to the hotel given the town had been closed before but a quick call to Mirco saw us reassured. The journey back also went smoothly and the driver was very polite and helped us with our cases. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free and pleasant transfer.

Our flight to Verona was delayed by 3 hours. We rang ahead to advise, Verona Airport Transfers were already aware and able to meet us at the later time. Our flight home was cancelled at short notice. We arranged another from Milan and Verona Airport Transfers were able to take us there instead. Our calls to the main office were answered promptly and on the occasion we went though to the IVR, we were called back almost straight away. Vehicles were clean and comfortable, drivers were polite and helpful (although basic English only). Definitely recommend

-collection at the airport was very good driver had a sign with name on so was easy to find.
-Vehicles very clean and presentable
- collection at hotel was very good and he waited right at the door.
- fair price when compared to other companies.

Improve
- First driver spoke very little English even though it states all drivers speak English
- First car was not a Mercedes (doesn’t bother me but they state on the website all Mercedes vehicles)
-Paying all the money to the first driver felt a little risky as have had poor experience with transfers in the past.
- drivers were slightly reckless but this might just go for all taxi drivers.
-email contact did not organise with driver when we asked for earlier pick up the driver had no idea we had asked.

Both gentleman were very friendly and efficient.

The vehicles were very plush, clean and well presented.

Excellent time keeping / Reliable.

Traffic was building up but they knew the shortcuts!

Will definitely use next time from Verona.

Make sure you have cash as they don't take card payments.

Excellent service provided by Verona Airport Transfers to Sirmione, Lake Garda and return. Very clear website, good price and communications. Excellent car, polite driver, on time both ways. Couldn't fault the service and would use again.

We've used this company twice in the last year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Arranging airport transfers can be problematic but this company take the pain and worry away.

We first used them to arrange a late evening transfer from Verona airport to the city and then several months later for a private ski transfer to the Dolomites.

On both occasions the vehicles were excellent and the drivers polite and on time. For the ski transfer the flight arrived 1.5 hrs late but that didn't cause any problems, the driver didn't complain and just waited patiently.

Also due to a family emergency it was necessary to contact the company a couple of times. On both occasions they responded with a helpful answer in under 5 minutes !

An overdue review I meant to do earlier. We used this company for our transfer last year. Paul was very helpful and offered a competitive price. No problem in changing our return transfer when BA cancelled our flight from Verona and we had to return from Innsbruck. Very helpful, friendly service and the transfers each way went well.

We were very impressed by the quality of the service. Our incoming flight was delayed by over an hour, but the driver was still waiting for us with name card, and the transfer into Verona was quick and comfortable. The driver for our return trip arrived at the hotel 5 minutes ahead of time, and the return to the airport was very easy. Costs were exactly as quoted and I would certainly recommend this service to anyone.

Booked 2 taxis with this company. Very reliable and professional and their English is very impressive. Paul in the office was really helpful at short notice.

I wholeheartedly recommend this Company. We originally booked the transfer for a holiday to Lake Garda in June 2020 - then Covid struck. On 2 further occasions we rebooked and then had to cancel due to Covid. Throughout the process Paul was an absolute star, keeping our original payment on account and allowing us to re-book at no extra cost. We finally got to make use of the service in July 2022 and it was absolutely perfect - the driver was easy to locate at the airport, the car was spotless and air-conditioned and the driver was friendly and professional. The return journey was just as smooth and efficient - I cannot rate Verona Airport Transfers high enough.

Fabulous service, we needed a large vehicle with car seat to accommodate 4 adults and one toddler. Couldn't be better our driver Claudio was brilliant spoke excellent English and gave us some great recommedations.

We booked a return journey from Verona airport to Lake Garda. It was faultless. Picked up on tome , both ways in clean, new vehicles. Courteous drivers and good value. Would definitely recommend!

I made a mistake with the booking form which they spotted and promptly rectified. It was also really easy to rearrange my return transfer time the night before. All in all, great service.

Have used this service several times, first class service from initial booking to actual taxi transfer. Taxis always to a very high standard and always very timely. Cannot rate highly enough, definitely recommend.
