Excellent quality at a good price and delivered on time.

Bought a tap that unfortunately had a small leak, Chloe dealt with the situation and sent a brand new tap as replacement immediately. Exceptional and prompt service, very reliable response times and although small fault with the tap it’s a mistake and these things happen, the new tap is of great quality and works very well.

Great product, very affordable and outstanding customer service! I purchased the 4in1 sensor boiling water tap in brushed brass but found that the colour was a little too yellow and didn’t match the fixtures in our kitchen, I contacted customer service and they helped organise a refund/ collection so I could order the same tap in brushed steel. The tap was delivered really fast. So impressed with this company

We've had our Verossi hot water tap for a while now and it's honestly one of the best additions to our kitchen. It looks so sleek and modern, and having instant boiling water on demand has made such a difference to everyday life. Whether it's making a quick cup of tea, cooking pasta or speeding up meal prep, it's incredibly convenient. The quality feels excellent, it's easy to use, and it's become one of those things we now wouldn't want to be without. Highly recommend if you're thinking about upgrading your kitchen!

if i could give zero i would, Sold items that are not available, delivery dates and times arranged, my trades now waiting to continue, costing me 2 days full pay to the trades and this job will be delayed a month. I would not purchase from this company again. further update to follow. Dreadful.

Regarding your reply the delivery date was yesterday and you contacted me today to say that you do not even have the item to sell, you offered me a budget shower head as a replacement instead of the panel power shower I had ordered, I have incurred a further £139 now next delivery charge having to pay to have an overnight delivery from a reputable supplier in order that my tradespeople can complete the job. offering me a discount voucher if purchase something else that is probably not available is not something i will be doing.

The 4in1 boiling water tap was delivered within days. I have had the tap fitted and I love it. The only small issue is the flow of the boiling water is a little bit slower than I expected, otherwise the whole tap is fantastic

I had a problem with my Verossi tap dripping. I contacted them, and after sending videos of the problem, they immediately offered to send me a new spray head.
My problem was dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Really solid products with lovely finishes. I've not yet had the tap installed, but the build quality seems excellent.

I got a really good deal on the tap and took the extended warranty at half price too. I ordered the Valarian in brass initially, but the colour tone was slightly lighter than I hoped. Ordered the Vanquish in gold instead, and it matches my vintage-look brass fixtures perfectly.

Returning the original was really easy, with a timely and courteous email response from Amanda requesting a convenient date for collection, then a follow-up email to confirm the date.

Collection is by DPD, so a £15 charge was deducted from the refund, which I found convenient and perfectly reasonable.

All in all, great quality products at amazing prices and a really good service delivered by prompt, polite and professional customer support.

I was looking at a purchase of a boiling water tap, found a few sites, what made me choose Verossi was the free extra filters. Although there was a small issue with my order, they sorted it out promptly. Delivery was fast, within 3 days. The fitting instructions were easy to follow and after a days work removing the old tap and fitting the new tap, it was up and running in a short time after power on. It is very quiet in operation, a simple control panel and a simple tap control. We now have more counter space without a bulky kettle. The boiling water control has a powerful spring so may not be suitable for very elderly or infirm people but it’s a good safety feature to stop little hands using it. Bought the gun metal tap, very pleased with it, looks good. The shape of the spout is flat top and is high enough for us. Easy to move around when needing to go from main sink to small sink. The single mixer for normal hot and cold water is easy to use, has infinite adjustment for flow and temperature. The water filter for boiling water is easy to fit and remove as its just a short turn and it in.

Sadly my original order didn’t go through as the tap had sold out due to high demand and wasn’t being re stocked in my colour. I had a very helpful chat online with a company representative and we agreed a different tap style… sadly that sold out before my order got to the warehouse. the team where on it straight away and a replacement tap along with extra filters was suggested, which I agreed and am now awaiting delivery.
The team has gone the extra mile and I can only assume should I need to contact them in the future they will be there to resolve my concerns

I purchased a hot water tap a few months ago and I have say that I am extremely disappointed with it. I have had issues with the boiler from day one, I've had multiple replacements and still have problems with the boiler.

The first boiler I had was releasing the boiler water really slowly and was taking around 60 seconds to fill up cup of water, I contacted support and was sent a replacement boiler.

The second boiler seemed to work which was great, however the boiler water had a foul metallic taste to it, I was told to flush the system multiple times, however this did not resolve the problem. I contacted support and was sent another replaced boiler.

The third boiler was installed and was faulty, it kept switching itself off and flashing red, I contacted support again and was sent a fourth replacement.

The fourth boiler which is currently installed has had the foul metallic taste since again since I installed it. I have flushed the system multiple times and I have also given it plenty of time to give it a chance for the taste to subside as I was told that this can happen with the new components. I had family around yesterday for the bank holiday and none of them could drink the cup of tea because of the taste...

I have still been using the kettle since I purchased this boiling tap. If you are thinking of buying a boiling tap, then I would seriously consider paying the extra money and going for a Quooker tap.

I will be contacting Verossi support today to request returning the tap because it's not fit for purpose.

Bought a boiling tap back in January for a kitchen planned this year. Due to tradesman availability it was 5 months before the tap was finally ready to be installed. There were a couple of issues Verossi sorted out very quickly despite it being several months since purchase. Love the new tap. It's heavy and looks and feels a lot more expensive than it was.

Very quick delivery of my order, tap developed a small fault. Amanda at Customer service responded very quickly to my email and sent a new tap within a couple of days. Very pleased
