Review for Ducati Manchester and Ducati Sunderland
When I bought my Ducati Multistrada 1260 S GT from Ducati Manchester, I was really pleased with the bike. There were a couple of minor issues when I collected it, but nothing is ever perfect, and Sean was excellent on the day. He explained everything clearly and helped me with a few concerns I had regarding the chain and sprockets, as I was planning to do a lot of travelling and wanted peace of mind before setting off.
As Ducati Sunderland is my local dealership, I asked Sean if I could have the bike checked there. Sean and the management team at Ducati Manchester were brilliant and immediately agreed.
During the inspection, the team at Ducati Sunderland identified a couple of issues relating to the brakes and chain that needed attention. They provided a detailed video report, which I passed on to Sean and the team at Ducati Manchester.
From that point on, the customer service was outstanding. Sean and the team at Ducati Manchester did not hesitate. They authorised Ducati Sunderland to carry out all the necessary work, and everything was completed earlier this week to a very high standard.
The way both dealerships worked together was genuinely impressive. Ducati Sunderland picked up and resolved the issues professionally, while Ducati Manchester authorised the repairs quickly and without any fuss. That level of cooperation and customer care is excellent to see.
I am still waiting for the warranty paperwork to come through, but that appears to be an IT issue rather than a dealership issue.
I would like to thank Sean and the entire team at Ducati Manchester for looking after me throughout the process. It is very easy to complain when things go wrong, but people do not always take the time to compliment good service. Communication was excellent, responses were quick, and they made sure everything was put right.
A big thank you as well to the team at Ducati Sunderland for their thorough inspection, professionalism, and quality of work.
Overall, a great customer experience from both dealerships and I would happily recommend them. Five stars.

Steve has been amazing in supporting me through the purchase of my Streetfighter V2, especially with the part ex of my previous motorcycle. Purchased my first bike from Vertu Honda Stockton store. Absolutely love the bike and the service was top quality. Curtis was really helpful and brilliant throughout the purchase of my bike!
