My experience buying a motorbike from Vertu at Stockton has been superb.

My initial enquiry was asking a question via the Autotrader website. Of the two dealerships I asked only Vertu got back in touch and quickly!

My experience with the staff had been exemplary throughout. Even as a late middle aged man, buying a first motorbike is an exciting experience and I felt Vertu understood this and took none of the pleasure away but instead enhanced the experience.

Their combination was clear, timely and helpful throughout including, particularly, on the day of delivery.

Sales follow up was good also and I got the sense they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Recently purchased my brand new BMW F900R sport model from Exeter dealership. Excellent customer service and everything was put in place with ease by Kerry. Also excellent communication throughout from initial contact to riding away. Professional conducted business and Exeter dealership is one of the best stocked with lovely bikes with a selection of the same models to choose from with all the extras attached so you can see what you would want added to your own bike. Also has all the demo bikes to try out before you buy with all the extras attached to try out.

At 65 I decided to take my CBT then bought a Honda CB125F from Vertu Motorcycles Stockton. Chris was very helpful and I am delighted with my bike. Once I pass my test I will be back to trade it in for a new bigger bike. Quality service, quality motorcycle!

The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up the new bike he assisted in connecting the bike to my phone and explained the different functions. All in all a good experience.

I decided to trade in my '25 GB350S for a new Transalp E-clutch. Dave Atkin the sales exec at Grantham Honda made the process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The bike was set up with the accessories I had ordered and was well presented on the day of collection. The service department are easy to deal with and efficient. Overall the dealership has been good to deal in my experience with two recent bike purchases, the staff are friendly and work to uphold Honda customer service standards.
