Excellent Service
This was my first motorcycle purchase. Having visited a number of sellers/dealerships, I found the engagement excellent from Vertu Honda. They were patience with me asking numerous questions as I explored my first bike and incredibly supportive. Chris Skjelhaug was brilliant, very patience, understanding, never pushy and explained everything I wanted to know and more. All other staff were also incredibly helpful. The delivery was very smooth and again, an incredibly friendly person, offering some additional tips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vertu Honda and will be my first port of call when I look to get a bigger bike

Outstanding Service Team
I have to say that the Service team for Honda Bikes Grantham have been outstansing in solving my dragging brake issue on my 1998 VFR800. I had a short-notice, upcoming bike holiday and they managed to fit me in between their busy pre-season schedule. The Service Manager Eddie together with Maria on the desk, were briliant and totally professional and honest throughout. The Technicians Dan and John showed their incredible knowledge and experience throughout - simply brilliant and pro-active at all times. Cracking 5 Star outfit throughout and highly recommended. Alex made feel welcome from the start. He gave me a good deal on my p/x and the deal was done. On pick up day the bike was ready to go. Alex then talked me through all the tech on the bike and was very knowledgeable.

Seamless throughout
The whole experience of buying my BMW R1250RS from Motorrad Exeter can only be described as “seamless”. Tom (my sales guy) looked after me and was professional, attentive, courteous and genuine throughout… nothing seemed too much trouble or forced… I felt extremely valued, important and well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend buying a new or used bike from Tom and the team at the Exeter dealership and I hope to return.
