It is always a pleasant experience dealing with the Hereford dealership. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I never feel pressured into buying something I don’t want. Overall a very good experience. Well looked after by Katlyn and Jordan. All went very smoothly. Some of the online "paper work", registering etc seemed over the top - but we made it through.

From the start of my Audi Q5 purchase I experienced a very friendly and professional service. My first point of contact was Charlotte who was pleasant and friendly not pushy and talked me through the whole process and made everything simple.
