We visited the Audi ( Vertu ) garage to try to find a new car. We were looked after by Rhys Davies. He was very professional and polite. Answered any questions we had. Rhys arranged a test drive with us. During the test drive he was able to give us lots of information about the car we were interested in.
Following the test drive we decided to purchase the car. Rhys, once again was able to give us all the options available to purchase the car.
We collected our car on Friday 6th February. Once again Rhys looked after us and even explained about all the different functions on the dashboard and helped us set things up as required. Thank you Rhys.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Found the show room had a really nice and welcoming atmosphere with several members of the team speaking to us and asking if we’d like a drink.
Had the pleasure of having Rhys deal with our car purchase, he was excellent and made the whole process really easy, would highly recommend him. When we went to pick up the car, Fin dealt with the handover and, like Rhys, the customer service was excellent, so friendly and helpful. He even sat in the car with us and went through everything before we left.
Would highly recommend buying a car from here and will definitely be going back when we change our car next time.

Leon made everything so easy. No pressure and everything explained well.
All the staff were very friendly.
Leon & the manager had my car wrapped with a bow & floweres when I went to collect it which was a lovely surprise.

Hereford Audi
Charlotte at Hereford Audi is always on the ball and very efficient. It the 4th car she has sold me and I am always delighted with my treatment from first enquiry to driving the vehicle away. Not only is Charlotte very good at her job but she has a friendly disposition and always is welcoming. Having said all the staff at Hereford Audi are professional with a friendly attitude to customers. I would not purchase a car from anywhere else.
