Having been a customer for many years of
Vertu Motors- Audi Hereford , I have found it to provide a first class service in every department.
I have just purchased my 5th Audi from them always a very special day.
I must say a special thank you to Julian Preston for providing a top class 5 star service with my new purchase, every effort was made to please, and look after the customer making it a special day for us, thank you so much Julian.

The sales team were very helpful with disposing of my old vehicle and buying the new one. Nothing was too much trouble. Rhys Davies was a superstar.

Staff all very helpful and knowledgeable. They will always help and if they dont know will find out.
I went to pick up my new car and the hand over was well handled. Every aspect of the car was explained and all questions answered. My new car was transferred onto my audi app and all the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Alround good experience. A cup of coffee is always on hand.
Julian was my sales rep and I was always handled professionaly and with well practiced non invasive sales technique. His technical knowledge of the cars is excellent.

I have always found entering a luxury car showroom a daunting experience, at Hereford Audi I didn't need to worry. From the moment I entered the showroom I felt welcome and valued, the sales team were friendly without being pushy, after listening to my requirements and taking a test drive, a vehicle was chosen and a deal worked out. What impressed me the most was that at no time did I feel under pressure to overspend, something I have experienced in the past.

As a customer of vw for the past 25 years having purchased 12plus cars never missed a payment i can only describe my experience as appalling my wife and I were kept waiting for three hours whilst there financial service dithered over my identity.
However the poor salesman did his very best to manage the situation as efficiently and politely as possible full marks to him.
All previous meetings with him had been excellent

The staff are exceptional .Having dealt with Stuart Morley Head of Business for nearly 4 years he is not only head of the game, he is nothing short of the best having purchased my 6th car. A highly professional individual , very knowledgable within the industry and great support of his staff.

I am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable level of service I received from Vertu Motors in Hereford. After entrusting my vehicle to your team, it was returned to me with visible damage that was not present beforehand. What is even more shocking is the complete lack of responsibility taken — not only was the damage not repaired, but I was offered no compensation or meaningful resolution.

Despite raising my concerns promptly and reasonably, I was met with indifference and a frustrating absence of accountability. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and financial impact, and it speaks volumes about the standards of care — or lack thereof — that customers can expect from this dealership.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from Vertu Motors Hereford. Protect your vehicle, your time, and your peace of mind by choosing a service provider that values integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction — none of which were demonstrated here.

Today I have collected my new mobility vehicle from Vertu, Hereford.
From start to finish, I have received 100% excellent customer service.
Every aspect of the sale was explained in great detail, I was shown many options of vehicles and informed of possible disadvantages.
Staff who were dealing with other customers still took the time to acknowledge me.
From start to finish, it was stress free and an absolute pleasure to feel reassured I was making the correct choice. It was never about making a sale, it was all about my needs. Huge thanks to Vurtu Audi Hereford.

Cheeky and underhand experience. Enquired about a Q3 and everything was fine until I asked for PCP figures. The advert price on their website of £32,031 suddenly jumped by more than £700 on the PCP quote. When I queried it, the salesman, Josh, replied in one sentence "plus tax and fuel'. Cheeky, cheeky Josh. If they think they can, not so subtly, whack £700 on the advertised price they're fools. And they lost me. Utterly underhand and sly. Avoid.

I booked car into Audi Hereford for 3 jobs. I completed an in-depth pre visit questionnaire assuming this would enable the garage to be prepared and have parts ready. Unfortunately no repairs completed. I did receive a (in my view) pointless video of the underside of the car. Approximately 6 weeks later the garage called to advise parts were in and I made a new appointment. 2 items were fixed.- the 3rd fault was made worse. The car is being returned to arval soon and the dealer said they would update arval on the unfinished repair. I have now received an email from arval and I can see in the email chain that Vertu advised all the repairs were completed.

Received excellent, friendly service again today. Colin, and his team arranged for me to be dropped off and collected after my car received its annual service, which I very much appreciated. Thanks to Charlotte and Lewis in Service too for a seamless experience.

Terrible. I have tried to order a new electric charger for my Audi Q4. After a week of nobody seeming to know how to order it or ringing me back I find out from lease company that they have made no request to order it. Gave up with Hereford Audi and now trying Newport or Cardiff who might have more interest in helping. Clearly wasnt lucrative enough for them to bother with. So far I have rung 14 times over the past week. Most of the time I am unable to make contact with anyone who can actually get this done. I am now in a situation where I may have to cancel my holiday on Friday as I wont be able to get home without a charger.

Thank you very much to Leon who helped us through the steps to purchase our fantastic car from him, what a great service, friendly, patient and thoroughly professional. It was an enjoyable experience and we even had some home made flapjacks from Findlay the Boss. We would whole heartedly recommend Audi Hereford for your car buying experience, pop along and see Leon who will help you, and you never know you may get some flapjacks, which I don't think come as standard.
