Excellent and smooth sales experience from start to end. Extremely friendly and attentive sales team, providing great service helping customers to find what they are looking for. In my case there was a very tight time constraint, but Myers and the team efficiently arranged for everything in record time.

Buying a new car nowadays is a whole new experience. The purchase is paperless which can cause confusion with older clients. Vertu ought to keep this in mind!
Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. The Vertu telephone system was slow and accents made understanding difficult at times.

We recently purchased a car from Vertu BMW Exeter and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.
Sean, who looked after us, made the whole process feel straightforward and enjoyable. He was human in his approach — approachable, attentive, and with a great sense of humour — which really put us at ease.
What stood out most was how well he listened. He took the time to fully understand what we were looking for, as well as our needs around trading in our existing car. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; instead, it felt like he genuinely valued getting the right outcome for us.
Buying and trading cars can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Sean made it smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. His knowledge and attention to detail really showed throughout.

Great customer service from Vertu BMW Exeter, especially Ben Pascall !
My wife and I dropped in to Vertu BMW Exeter on a whim whilst passing, just to take a look at what vehicles were available.
We were browsing the used vehicles outside when we were approached by Ben one of the salesmen.
He was very cordial, engaging, courteous and polite. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He arranged a test drive for us within minutes and demonstrated the car for us.
We were delighted with the car and proceeded inside to discuss the purchase. At no time did we feel pressured. It was all a very relaxed. There was no hard sell. A refreshing change.
All potential options, extras and add-ons were fully explained and all questions answered. A package was agreed, including a fair trade-in price for my vehicle and the 'deal' was sealed.
3 days later I returned to collect my 'new' BMW !
I should have to say that the quality of Ben's customer service and salesmanship match the quality of the vehicles he is selling. Were it not for him, we may well not have purchased the BMW that day. What a miss that would have been - we're delighted with it !
