There were some initial problems before I took delivery, but the whole team, from the receptionist to the sales manager, were extremely attentive and eager to go the extra mile so I was happy.

Bought my first Electric car from Renault Vertu Exeter. Salesman Steve was super helpful and efficient right from my test drive through to completing handover of my Renault 5 which I am delighted with.
The only disappointment is that a week after completing my purchase the government decided to increase the grant on the model I bought from £1500 to £3,750 - if you can persuade the government to pay me back the difference I will be even more impressed

The car we eventually bought was the outcome of a very comprehensive effort in considering our specific needs from start to finish. We were given plenty of guidance and opportunities to help us choose and it was very important for them to know that we had got the car we wanted.

I love my new car. Everything went well except for one little thing but I had ordered a white car but they forgot to put the order in but because of that they then gave me a a colour free of charge so I now have a grey car but I love the Dacia Sandro it’s a brilliant car and the Renault virtue garage I got it from are very good
