Paul Martian assisted myself and my mam through the whole process. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable both about the car and the Motability system. This was so important to us as we hadn’t had a Motability car before and had no idea on how it worked. Paul was very keen to answer any of our queries both in person and over the phone. 10/10 service would 100% recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! My PCP contract for my existing car was due to end in a few months & I was undecided whether to upgrade / buy another new car or to try something else. However, I was already very happy with my used car & keen to explore options for buying a brand new one. The Vertu MINI Sunderland team were a great help when I went for a look around & then after discussing options & going for a test drive, it was a no-brainer going for a new MINI with them. The whole process was very smooth & I was very happy with the help, advice & service I received from the Sales Advisor, Tom Rapp & his colleagues. Thank you!

Went in asking for the impossible really but was surprised when it was made possible... and some!! Chris at the Sunderland branch was excellent throughout the purchase and made it all super simple!
