Sam was very polite, professional and attentive, and managed to find me a deal which I am very happy with. Even though he was on annual leave for hand over, I was left in max’s capable hands, who again was all of the above. No problem was too small, and all issues were resolved before I left. Thank you

I’ve sent in four requests for figures…
I’ve sent in four requests for figures on a brand new x135i to vertu bmw Stockton on tees, and I’ve had no response. Other sites reply with in an hours with figures . Vertu are obviously not interested in selling new BMWs I would avoid them at all costs
30/4/26 update four times the parameters were sent through for a quote . Other sites dealt with it immediately three days and no quote was provided you had all the information to hand you just didn’t respond!!

Outstanding customer service
We went to look at BMW’s not sure of what we wanted and for a browse. I would usually shy away from sales people talking to me as my previous experiences have been pushy to get a sale. Lauren made us feel so comfortable and with no pressure talked us through our options for the price we wanted to pay. Following us purchasing our new car, Lauren has been in touch and kept us updated every step of the way. We picked up our new car a few days ago and the experience of collecting it was second to none. She could not have done more to make sure it was perfect for ourselves and our very excited child, with her helping him unveil it and giving him a gift. Would highly recommend
