Sam at Vertu Teeside BMW has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Buying a car from 200 miles away could have been stressful, but he made the whole process incredibly smooth and straightforward.
He was honest, transparent, and always available to answer any questions—nothing ever felt rushed or pushed. The communication throughout was excellent, and everything was exactly as described, which really builds trust when purchasing remotely.

Poor experience on a sales enquiry.
First time I made an enquiry for a used BMW at one of Vertu’s BMW dealerships, 4 days later still not received a video of the car, having been promised it number of times. Poor customer service. Meanwhile, have bought a BMW from Group 1 BMW, who were brilliant!
