Had a valuation on my part ex from vertu motors in Yeovil yesterday they offered me £41000 compared with £47000 received from several other big BMW dealerships that’s a difference of £6000 ! They are low balling the part ex valuations! Shop around there are way better deals out there and bigger discounts on new cars

Excellent customer service from Dean…
Excellent customer service from Dean who I have been dealing with for some years. Important to me as a female that I don’t feel patronised when buying a four by four - I tell Dean exactly my requirements and he understands the rationale behind my needs and why they are important. A Landrover to me is a workhorse and allows me to indulge in my hobbies and lifestyle, it is not a status symbol or accessory.
I have two Landrover garages that are closer to my home but choose to drive to Yeovil in order to deal with Dean with whom I have built up a trusting and respected relationship.
Thank you Dean Repullo for looking after me and supplying another Landrover - I will be back in two years !

Bluetooth…
I had a small issue with the Bluetooth connection on my 4 Series. I dropped into the Yeovil Garage in the hope it could be looked at quickly as I thought it was something very minor. The Gentleman on the Service Desk (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) could not have been more helpful, and in less than 2 mins the thing was sorted!
He was also very helpful in sorting out service requirements.
I have always had great service and help from Vertu Yeovil and I'm extremely grateful to them for their help this morning.

Salesman (Dean Repullo) did more than his job required when I came to change over my previous vehicle for a replacement. He was very professional and had done his background when explaining the additional features on my car as well completing all the necessary paperwork on my behalf while explaining what he was doing while I sat in front of him.

I usually only go to BMW Vertu Yeovil for parts for my older BMW (the Parts Dept are excellent btw: friendly, knowledgeable, car enthusiasts themselves and the oem prices are pretty good) however I've now purchased a car from Vertu.
