I have spent some considerable time searching for the right BMW model for me. Consequently I have had contact with quite a few sales staff throughout the UK and I can state quite categorically that the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Vertu BMW Yeovil was without doubt outstanding! In particular Jodie who was not only our initial point of contact but the company representative who looked after us on our visit to test drive a vehicle. Yes I know it's a sales persons job to sell and therefore be "nice to people" but Jodie's genuine desire to provide a first rate service with such a pleasant demeanor was above and beyond. Unfortunately we didn't conclude our business with a sale but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and I have no doubt we will next time. Thank you Jodie.

Superb customer service thank you Ellie
Superb customer service, better than any other car manufacturer we have experienced and that includes buying £80k Jaguars and Lexus. Ellie who was looking after us was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and her explanations and handover of the vehicle were outstanding. There was a slight issue with the valeting and area of paintwork on the car which is being immediately addressed. Honestly Ellie is a credit to Vertu and we see a very bright future for her so Thankyou again

Great experience

Jodie was delightful and helpful throughout the process which was slightly more convoluted than normal. The finance people eventually put together a deal we were satisfied with and we are very pleased with the new car.

Tried to view a car that’s been on the website for weeks, when I’ve rang up to Purchase the car have been told it’s sold and they just haven’t removed it off the website. Slightly disappointing after looking at the car for a while and doing the research just to find out it’s not even in stock and it’s just not been removed from the bmw website.

We remove our used cars from sale on the day they are sold. This is a manual process that relies on a system feed updating our website. As a result, there can occasionally be a short delay, meaning a vehicle may remain advertised for several hours after it has been sold. However, this should not extend beyond that timeframe. If you are able to provide details of the specific vehicle, I would be happy to look into your example.
Due to the way we price and prepare our used vehicles, it is not unusual for them to sell quickly. On average, a used car remains in stock for around 30 days.
Both the BMW and Vertu websites offer the option to reserve a vehicle for 48 hours for £99. This reservation is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed, giving you time to complete your research without the risk of losing the car.
As we had not been contacted prior to the vehicle being sold, we unfortunately had no opportunity to assist with your purchase. Even if you had made contact, until a deposit is placed to secure a vehicle, it remains available for online reservation and visible nationally.
I do appreciate how frustrating this situation must be. In future, if you identify a vehicle of interest, I encourage you to contact us directly so we can assist with any questions or arrange a reservation while you complete your research.
