Completely ignored
Walked in to the showroom this afternoon to discuss the new iX3. I was the only customer in the showroom, and there were 3 sales staff sat at desks chatting. No eye contact, no greeting, no nothing. I wandered around the showroom for 5 minutes, completely ignored, and then left. Off to a different dealer tomorrow.

Great Sales Service
Huge thanks for supplying my used BMW car and very pleased with the car and service by the used car team to have the car delivered at home without having to collect it saving a long trip up to York. I highly recommend this dealership for their assistance and service.

We can’t recommend Vertu highly enough.
Matt the salesman was great and helped us buy a car to meet our specific needs. The whole team and the process was efficient and friendly. We ended up buying a second hand Clio with which we are delighted with and will give us many years of pleasure.

Great experience at Vertu Mini York
Outstanding customer service. Listened carefully to what we wanted and recommended accordingly. We had numerous test drives & asked lots of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and our questions were answered honestly. At no stage was there any pressure to buy and the emphasis was on helping us to find the right car.

Mini taken in for a recall in April…
Mini taken in for a recall in April 2025 for EGR Cooler. Engine management light appears again shortly after. Take the vehicle back and told now I need to replace the EPS, simple job but £550! Agree to the work and they break the car by tampering with the Exhaust Manifold (should not have been anywhere near it!!). Vertu won't accept any responsibility so now want £1600 off me to have my car fixed! When I took it in, it was absolutely fine!! No courtesy car offered as in previous comments. If you can possibly avoid them, then please do!!

The experience was made particularly pleasant by the salesman . He was friendly , knowledgeable, never pushy . He listened to my requirements and was responsive in meeting them; nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. Fantastic all round Mini customer experience
For such a young guy - Harry was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and informative.
He made buying my car feel such a special experience and took time showing me how everything worked in the car - inc the ‘self park’ which I’d have been too scared to try myself.
I felt Harry & his lovely boss Lucy really appreciated my custom - I just wish their showroom was closer - as I’d love it to be my ‘local mini dealer’ !
