Great customer service and a fantastic deal on my car. Really pleased although the sales man has undersold the car! We got much more than we expected of the spec ;)

Cameron was brilliant - he explained everything clearly, and worked with me for timing to collect my new car.

Having recently decided to change our car we called at Virtu York. We were met by Ben and explained that we intended to visit several showrooms before deciding on a make/model in which we may be interested, we would not be buying a car until we had looked at options. Ben suggested that we considered a Series 1 and showed us an example. It was soon clear that this was a contender and Ben further suggested a test drive to satisfy ourselves that this could be one to consider. Having done so we talked to Ben about financing a purchase. Our preference was for a used car, perhaps 12 months old. However Ben showed us that with the current promotion being offered a new vehicle was a better option. After some discussion with him and then with Chris we reached agreement and despite our earlier intention to look round we bought a car. The whole process was efficient and pleasant, including the transfer of my private plate. Ben kept in touch over the next few days and completed the handover with his usual charm. Added to this a tutorial by Phil on the technical capabilities of the car was welcome and given our lack of ‘tech’ knowledge was conducted with patience and good humour.
We are delighted with the car cannot speak highly enough of Ben’s professionalism, Chris’s advice and understanding and Phil’s demonstration. All in all an excellent experience and we will have no hesitation in recommending Virtu York to our friends

I travelled to York from North Wales to purchase my car as I was quite definite in the specification I wanted. I was picked up from the station by a member of staff and then met Neil whom I had corresponded with following my initial enquiry regarding the car.
Neil kept in touch with me over the next few days and made the buying and collection process straightforward .

Carl was very helpful, fantastic customer service although we didn’t meet in person & it was all done over the phone .& email .Everything was explained & a video was sent , easy decision to buy my mini online arranged for delivery to my house found the process stress free .A follow up phone call was good , if I need any advice I wouldn’t hesitate to ask . My John Cooper Works mini is a dream to drive I’m very happy .

Felt in good hands all through my initial lease application all the way through to the final handover. I had some slight reservations about my new leased car, even though it was to speck, but once I say the car prepped and ready to go any doubts were relieved.

Very pleased with the service we received from Cameron. He was very helpful, very well informed, knowledgeable but not ‘pushy’. We are delighted with our new vehicle and pleased with our choice

Denholm was a such a helpful sales person he was calm and supportive the whole way through I was hesitant going on my own to see a car from a dealership but Denholm helped me from start to finish with finding the best car for me. I can’t thank him enough.

Sales Man Ian Farmery was brilliant from start to finish it was my daughters first time buying her first car and he was so helpful very relaxed and professional with her and us as parents its something you worry about when they are young buying a car and making sure everything is correct, Ian explained it all to ruby and us nothing was to much trouble for him. BMW owners ourselves and now the daughter also has one we will certainly use this branch again happy to travel as the experience was great. I would highly recommend this company and Ian as a sale man who is did everything he promised and it was all ready on time we couldn't of asked for any more. Thank you for going that extra mile and making the experience you explained the controls of the car and talked her through it all.

I took my car in after being damaged by another party. Jaz on the front desk was a pleasure to deal with.The repair took longer due to a staff member injuring themselves but was no problem. I was able to keep my loan car for longer. On contacting Jaz she updated me on the repair- a very friendly efficient young lady.

I used Vertu Motors BMW in York for my D3 Alpina MOT, the Lady on the front desk was so helpful and a lovely lady called Sophie made me very welcome, the Lads doing the MOT did a couple of jobs to help it get through the MOT so thanks for that, my car is going back for a service because of the way i was treated.
