Really helpful staff
From the time that we saw the advert on line for the car, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We visited Vertu in Gloucester, were made welcome, went for a test drive and said yes to purchasing the car. We might have hit a snag as we didn't have either mobile phone with us and couldn't leave the deposit. NO problem, an easy (and kind for two not very savvy tech users) option was suggested. Everything went through and we now have a new car. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Alan at Vertu Gloucester provided brilliant customer service from start to finish. He was attentive throughout the whole process and made sure I was completely happy every step of the way. When I collected my 2023 Renault Clio, it looked absolutely like new.
Alan took the time to explain all the gadgets and features clearly and did everything he could to make the purchase quick, smooth, and stress-free. We are thrilled with our Clio and would highly recommend Alan and the team at Gloucester.

Great Buying Experience
Everyone at Vertu Renault Gloucester made the car buying experience simple and stress-free. Ruby in particular was always on hand to answer all my questions and made exchange day extremely straightforward. I’ve just taken delivery of our new BYD Seal from Vertu BYD Gloucester and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
It’s exciting to drive away in a new vehicle that I genuinely feel I purchased with complete confidence. The car itself is fantastic; the build quality, technology and smooth hybrid drive really stood out from the moment I test drove it.
As BYD Auto is still relatively new to the UK market, I was initially a little unsure about making the purchase. However, after hearing a lot of positive feedback, I decided to book a test drive at my local Gloucester branch.
From the initial enquiry right through to delivery, Harvey, our sales advisor was excellent.
His knowledge of the brand and genuine enthusiasm for the vehicles really stood out. The service he provided was exceptional: never pushy, always approachable and no question was ever too much trouble for him to explain clearly.
