Took my car in for a service and mot.All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating.They kept me fully in touch with what was happening. Overall another good experience at Vertu. I certainly wouldn’t have a problem going back there again.

Friendly, Considerate, and Helpful
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I had a small idea in mind of what my needs were, and they were able to help in offering a number of vehicles to look at and sit in. None of these were what I wanted, but they were able to find me a vehicle from somewhere else that met the description of what my need were, and have this vehicle transferred to this location.
They were understanding of my needs and made every effort to be friendly and helpful.
I have had a great experience of Bristol street and Vertu in multiple dealers, and this interaction has met with my already high expectations.
