From initial 'just looking' through to purchase the whole experience was a pleasure. No pressure sales spiel,plenty of time given. This was a purchase made through mobility in no way were we made to feel uncomfortable the whole process was professional and friendly. Using the Derby branch I would make a special mention to Saffron who went above and beyond a rarity in this day and age. So vertue classes in my eyes as second to none.

I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly.
