The service from our sales guy Will and the team was absolutely superb. Will was so knowledgeable but at no time did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The showroom is spotless and drinks were offered to us adding another thoughtful part of our experience. We have had our own successful business for many years and have purchased several vehicles. Amazing staff
All the staff at Citroen Derby were very helpful. They couldn’t do more to make me feel welcome. In particular, Saffron who handle my new car buying went out of her way to get me the best deal. The process of buying a car was very straight forward and everything was explained very clearly.

From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy. Dan whom I dealt with, was easy to chat with, no slaw pitch that was over the top, which for me is always a win win situation!
The car was delivered to our address down in Devon and again Dan made sure everything went smoothly. He kept me informed on delivery day of when the vehicle left the showroom.
