Vertu Motors Dacia Derby everytime!
We've always been to vertu motors Dacia at Derby for our car purchases since 2015. We have had several new cars between us, and one previous used car. We went to collect my previous car after some maintenance work and decided to look at the Dacia Spring, even though we both said we would never have an ev in our lifetime, but Chris asked if I'd like to test drive one. I'd never even been in one! So I accepted. He asked Daniel to give us some information about the car we had looked at. Daniel was happy to tell us everything we needed to know. He took us out for a test drive, and I had a drive in it too. I was so impressed. The sales team were not pushy at all, and gave me all the answers to my questions.
Anyway, I decided to buy one. The price I paid was an absolute bargain. I love it. I'm so pleased we went to look at one. Chris and Daniel we're very professional, but friendly and helpful in everyway. Right through from signing, delivery and aftersales. I would highly recommended this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a Dacia.

After our very first phone conversation with Scott Burton, followed by meeting him in person at Virtue Motors Derby, we knew we were in the right place.
I had recently passed my driving test and was looking to buy my first car. I’d spent the last four years saving , so it was really important that I bought a car that was reliable and that I felt completely confident about. We’d visited several other garages beforehand, but left feeling uneasy and unsure about the cars we had viewed.
I had seen a 2024 Renault Clio on the Virtue Motors website and forecourt, and I was genuinely amazed by the presentation. The car was immaculate and looked like it had just come out of the showroom. It was by far the best-presented car we’d seen for a similar price. Their quote of
A used car is still new to you, so we want to make sure you feel confident that your vehicle has been prepared to a great standard was absolutely true.
Scott was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. He answered every question we had, and if there was anything he wasn’t 100% certain about, he made sure he found the information for us, including details about the battery. That gave us complete confidence in our purchase.
We also decided to take out the service warranty because Scott explained everything clearly and made sure we understood exactly what was covered, giving us even greater peace of mind.
The handover was second to none. Scott took the time to sit with us in the car and carefully explained all the controls, features, driving modes and settings, making sure I felt comfortable before driving away in my very first car.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Scott is a real credit to Renault Virtue Motors Derby. After walking away from another dealership because we didn’t feel informed or reassured, this experience was the complete opposite. We bought our car with total confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future or recommend Scott and Virtue Motors Derby to anyone looking for a quality car and exceptional customer service.

We’ve just got our new Dacia from the lovely guys at vertu in Derby. The service we received was exemplary. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful but especially Jonah who was our sales representative. He was so lovely, very polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the motability scheme which made the whole process very efficient and easy.
We sat in a car on the forecourt on the Thursday afternoon and we drove the same car off the forecourt on the following Tuesday….amazing 🤩🤩

I'm so pleased with my new Honda Jazz
I already know that the Honda brand was a good one but when l went to look at the new cars & have a test- drive in one, this further endorsed my feelings about them.
I was very impressed with the sales advisor at the Derby branch. He was very informative, helpful & patient with me, without the hard sales pitch.
I viewed a Honda Jazz & was surprised just how much they had changed (for the better, of course) over the years. I feel they are a really good quality car, very spacious for a small car & and have an amazing adaptive internal space to accommodate various uses you may want to accommodate. They are easy & very comfortable to drive. I'm also impressed with the fuel economy.
I am so pleased with my new Honda Jazz.
