I'm so pleased with my new Honda Jazz
I already know that the Honda brand was a good one but when l went to look at the new cars & have a test- drive in one, this further endorsed my feelings about them.
I was very impressed with the sales advisor at the Derby branch. He was very informative, helpful & patient with me, without the hard sales pitch.
I viewed a Honda Jazz & was surprised just how much they had changed (for the better, of course) over the years. I feel they are a really good quality car, very spacious for a small car & and have an amazing adaptive internal space to accommodate various uses you may want to accommodate. They are easy & very comfortable to drive. I'm also impressed with the fuel economy.
I am so pleased with my new Honda Jazz.

I had a fantastic experience at the Dacia dealership Derby from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A special shout-out to Jonnah Raford, the sales advisor, who was absolutely excellent. Jonnah was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for, without any pressure.
All my questions were answered clearly, and I felt well looked after throughout the purchase. The car was delivered exactly as promised, and the overall customer service exceeded my expectations. All round excellent customer service, with special mention going to Scarlett in sales who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to drive my Duster Extreme away on the day, which was essential given the distances involved.

An update on my last review
An update on my last review. I took my Nissan Juke into Vertu Nissan Derby where i purchased the car. I was told that they would contact Nissan to see if they would contribute toward the Turbo which was having issues at 34k miles!! Ive owned the car for 7.5k miles.I was told that they would get back to me in a couple of days that was Thursday it is now Monday im still waiting. Not happy we are without a car. I will wait and see what happens before i tell you about some of the stories from customers while i was in the car sales room

New Dacia Bigster
The journey from my first meeting [with Scott], through to vehicle handover was a very smooth one. Dealing with a knowledgeable, available and patient person makes the purchase easy. I was kept unto date throughout. This is my fourth car from this dealership and each transaction as been easy than the last. I think they are very professional and give a great customer service.
