Vish Joshi the salesman at Dacia Vertu Leicester was excellent. He explained each process clearly and carefully. There was a lot to take in changing from a manual Duster to a Hybrid Automatic. Also the tech side of things has developed enormously in the last 2 years. It felt like driving a computer. Nothing was too much trouble and he encouraged me to follow things up with him if there were any problems, which was very reassuring.

DO NOT TRUST
Was going to buy £6999 White Dacia Duster. Cambelt had been replaced but NOT water pump!!! Good practice to replace both. Water pump failure is catastrophic as on cambelt. Never had a mechanic replace one but not the other. WHAT OTHER CORNERS DO THEY CUT??

Excellent service
I went to Vertu Motors just to have a test drive in a Dacia Spring. The salesman, Vijay, was very polite and courteous. He explained all the car systems, and answered all my question, stupid or otherwise, in a polite manner, over 20 minutes. Took me for a test drive and I loved it. As I was paying cash. they gave me a great deal. Unfortunately, like all businesses these days, it was dealt with by computer and mobile phone, but Vijay was very helpful and assisted me when I struggled. Would recommend this dealership, and especially Vijay, to anyone.
