I was looking for a van to replace my current van a friend of mine had bought one from vertu Birmingham and passed on there details one email sent to Sean and that was basically it Sean done the rest a few days later the van was delivered to my door step in County Durham by a great guy who explained everything about the van

Order Cancelled - No Checks
I had a signed agreement to purchase a used Vehicle from Vertu Birmingham, but the order was cancelled when I queried why the vehicles had been MOT'd every 6 months instead of the usual 12.
Vertu cancelled order as turns out the vehicle had been used as a taxi, which invalidates warranty and Vertu were unable to complete the sale. Considering I had to point this out, it is seriously worrying about the quality of vehicle checks that Vertu actually undertake.
Vertu offered to look for similar alternative, mentioning one in stock and never called back! Shocking customer service, would not buy from Vertu.
