The staff were all really friendly and welcoming when I was buying my car. Jordan sat at the desk looking for ages to try and find me the perfect car, if I wasn’t happy, he’d keep looking until we found the one I wanted.

Holly the Sales Advisor made me feel so…

Holly the Sales Advisor made me feel so at ease when I was feeling very anxious about test driving the puma. Before we went out she talked to me thoroughly about the car I was interested in and explained everything to me. She was very friendly and had a calming influence and had a good understanding of the puma.

What a difference between Ford…

What a difference between Ford services.
Vertu couldn’t have been any more helpful!
We had a dilemma when my daughter had lost her lock and wheel nut for her Fiesta.
It wasn’t a problem as Ryan came out straight away and checked every master key (unfortunately didn’t fit) so took a photo and said a new key would be made and ready in 3-4 days.
Collected today and problem solved.
I’m leaving a positive review as we experienced such a different response at the Crayford branch. They never mentioned that it is possible to take a photo to get a key made. They just suggested having to break off the locks and replace for £50 each tyre.

Thankyou so much Vertu for a completely different experience of friendly helpful staff. Great service from the parts team

The process of buying a car was straightforward from start to finish and, once the car arrived and was ready for collection, Gary was meticulously helpful in every respect - answering my many (and often stupid) questions and spending time to explain all the paperwork and the in-car systems that have clearly moved on significantly since my previous car! Thoroughly recommend

Mollie was wonderful and made the whole process of swapping our Kuga for a new one very easy. Service Department @ Ford Bromley blew up my engine

I had my wet belt replaced my Ford Bromley, as soon as left the dashboard lit up with engine failure. Left the car with them, they replaced the oxygen senor at a additional cost. Driving on the motorway, a strong smell of petrol and the petrol tank was empty. I rescued by Green Flag, the car limped into Ford Bromley and they replaced a few things. On a short journey more petrol was being consumed and eventually the car stopped due to empty tank. The service department at Ford Bromley is run by inexperienced amateurs and fix cars using Haynes manual.

Callum was polite and easy to talk to. He listened to my requirements about the the model, age and low mileage of the car I wished to buy. A test drive of a similar car in stock in Bromley was arranged a few days later which gave me the opportunity ask about the differences between the car I wanted to buy and the car I was selling. Callum inspected my Kuga which I wanted to part exchange and gave me a valuation. We looked at some of the available cars on line which met my requirements. Having chosen the car, Callum explained and discussed the benefits of various add on extras to the cost. having chosen those that I wanted the paperwork was easy and copies were printed off for me.
Callum notified me a couple of days later that the car had arrived and was ready for me to inspect and test drive. Three days later I collected it.
It was a very seamless, easy process as Callum kept me informed at each stage of the transaction. In no way did I feel pressurised into buying the car. Thank you Callum.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!

I recently visited Vertu Motors to upgrade my car and had a brilliant experience working with Callum. He took the true 'customer-first' approach, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.

Even though the car I chose had to be transported down from Scotland, Callum kept me updated throughout the entire wait. The turnaround was incredibly impressive—I picked out the car on Friday and was driving it home by Wednesday. If this is the standard Vertu Motors sets, I couldn’t recommend them enough!"

A straightforward and efficient car-purchasing process

The whole process from initially booking an appointment to viewing the car we were interested in, taking it out for a test drive and then purchasing the car was very straightforward. All this was carried out under the guidance of a sales executive who was patient and knowledgeable.

Great all-round experience

Great all-round experience! Competitive monthly leasing quotes and car delivered in around three to four weeks. I was especially impressed with Ford's tie-up with Octopus allowing a complimentary wall charger installation.

I bought a Mercedes from Aylesbury

I bought a Mercedes from Aylesbury. Called next day to say the car was stuttering. Young car sales man did not respond to my calls or emails so went straight to management.After the 3rd time back fixed fault which was the clutch. 6 months later it now has a fault with the radio. Was told to take it to one closer to home. Dropped it off 8.30. 17.00 I called them for them to say I need to take it back to a main dealer. Baring in mind I had a notification the car was unlocked before lunch. Not a call back to collect it earlier. Wasted a day off work. Unpaid. I didn’t find service from them very helpful.
