Bunch of muppets that can't spot the bleeding obvious. I guess they were aware that the warranty was about to run out, so didn't find the obvious problem on purpose.

The service could not be improved on in any way. He was a star. Also Will - the young sales advisor was of great assistance also from taking me for a test drive (what a brave young man!) to answering queries when I left the site regarding the new controls. From start to finish the whole experience inc most importantly to us the communication was streamlined & effortless, we change our car every 3 years & we dread the process as usually something somewhere goes wrong but on this occasion it all went super smooth, so much so that my wife & mother felt comfortable picking up the new car without me being present as they felt it was a really good dealer experience, so THANK YOU to Sam & the rest of the dealer team! My sister and I went to Vertu Honda in Derby just to look at the jazz cars Mike Ball demonstrated the jazz . He was brilliant in walking us through the process of buying a new car. I had not driven an automatic in years he patiently show us all the workings of the hybrid

⭐ 1 Star – Would Give Less If I Could
I would rate this company less than 1 star if it were possible.
I purchased an Audi Q5 from them in August last year for £23,750, and within just a few weeks I had to take it back because the differential oil had not been serviced properly, causing the vehicle to judder. This should have been identified and rectified before the vehicle was sold.
Since then, more issues have come to light. It has become apparent that the vehicle has previously suffered damage or significant scratches, as the driver's wing appears to have had a poor-quality respray. I only discovered this because the paint has started peeling off. When I raised this with the company, rather than investigating properly, they attempted to blame me for the issue. If I had caused the damage myself, I would simply have paid to have it repaired rather than contacting the dealership in the first place.
To make matters worse, the SOS warning system has now started displaying fault warnings as well. Despite all these problems, none of it seems to be their responsibility according to Vertu, even though I was assured the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected before sale. Based on my experience, that inspection was clearly not as comprehensive as claimed.
Having spent £23,750 on this vehicle, I feel completely dissatisfied and let down by both the quality of the car and the aftersales service. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this company to have an independent mechanic inspect it before buying, because they certainly didn't seem to identify these issues themselves.
