Fantastic customer service from Vertu Derby, Sam Walker in particular. Actually it is a really well run dealership. The whole process from when I expressed an interest in the car to when we drove it away yesterday, was really smooth, even when my bank held up the payment for the car (without telling me)

The young sales representative. He was very pleasant, not in the least bit pushy. He was knowledgeable, polite and answered all our questions clearly and professionally. He was a great help and assisted us throughout the purchasing process. The whole experience was pain free. Delighted with our new car. Highly recommended.

Vertu Honda Derby where excellent from the start showed me the car , came with me on test drive pointing out all the features on the test drive of my new mercedes, as I had never had one before. They we're very fair on my part exchange. The Pick up of my new used Mercedes was a slick exchange of vehicles Will the salesman was brilliant and once again went through the features of the Mercedes and it was a nice touch that the Sales Manager came to see me drive off and check that I was happy with the car. I would recommend this franchise to my family and friends in the future
