I couldn't have asked for better service
I'd bought my second Honda Jazz from the Grantham Branch two months previously so wasn't expecting to be back in the showroom! Unfortunately my car was written off in an accident leaving me without a car. I contacted Max Baldwin at Grantham who sent me details of their current stock of Jazz's both for me to look at and for insurance purposes. I liked one that was in a different branch. Max got it to the Grantham branch and collected me from home so I could test drive it back to Grantham. He then pulled out all the stops so I could drive it home the same day!What service!

5* experience. Well worth a visit
Granville at Vertu Honda Grantham dealt with us through the whole sales process. He was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable & it seemed nothing was too much trouble. We were offered a very competitive px price on our existing car which helped with the purchase of the new one. The showroom is extremely well presented with a wide range of vehicles available. All of the cars we saw were immaculate. To summarise, the whole buying & px experience was simple & stress free, which can only be attributed to the staff, especially Granville (Granny!). We would highly recommend a visit.

Picked up our 5th new Honda from Vertu Honda Grantham today. Andy was very helpful and patient with our questions, as was Aaron, they were both knowledgable about the difference in vehicles. Amazing from start to finish. Restored my faith in car dealerships. Nothing to fault. Both Max and Matt, as well as the on line sales team, were very prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. Personalised video was very useful and made buying the car so easy. Knew we were not wasting our time driving 120 miles to see it. Test drive and paperwork were straightforward and hassle free. No hard sell of extras. I couldn’t recommend Honda Grantham enough. Simplest quickest least stressful car purchase either of us have ever experienced.
