Our salesman Oliver Street was amazing. He was extremely helpful and very patient, helping us every step of the way especially with computer issues! Picking the car up went very smoothly. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience.

Outstanding. My experience with Vertu Honda…
My experience with Vertu Honda Mansfield has always been excellent during the last nearly 4 years. I have just bought my third used-car from them and they went 'the extra mile' to ensure I was able to collect my vehicle on the arranged day. I bought my car from Honda Mansfield. Lala was very supportive and genuinely tried her best to sort everything I asked for—she was welcoming and lovely throughout the process.
However, I expected bit higher standard of service from Honda. The car was not properly cleaned at handover. Although Lala asked another staff member twice to clean it a bit more, it still wasn’t up to clean. As a customer, especially when buying a vehicle, I was excited and anticipated receiving it in good condition. Unfortunately, there was still dust, mud, and even chewing gum inside the gearbox leather area, which was disappointing.
Rather than ok.

Let down by the finishing touches
Happy with price of the car and px given on my car found sale rep lala very helpful.
The only downside was the valet was below par and the standard of any other dealership I have used which is disappointing.

My wife and I have over the years have had many contacts with business and people.
However, we can honestly say that we have never dealt with anybody more helpful and supportive than Kevin Wong at Honda Mansfield.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
He was involved with us over several days and at no point did his attitude or help and advice on our purchase waver.
