Honda Mansfield showroom was really clean and everyone was friendly I found it a nice experience because I didn’t feel like I was jumped on as soon as I walked in like I have felt at other places. I had an appointment with Kevin and he was fantastic really helpful and patient with me. Great showroom I would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. A big thank you to Lala, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clearly explained without any pressure at all.

We travelled from York to the Mansfield branch after my son found a car there he liked. From start to finish we found the whole experience extremely positive, it can be so stressful buying a car, but everything was explained to us so clearly. The showroom looks professional, everyone we spoke to were friendly and eager to make sure we were making the right choice for us. There were no pressure sales and Lala who we dealt with couldn't have been more helpful, guiding us through the whole process with no dramas. We drove away with a smashing car, my son loves it. We recently bought our new Honda Jazz from Vertu Honda, Mansfield and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.
From the moment we walked in, Oliver looked after us brilliantly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we were comfortable at every stage. It never felt pressured — just honest, professional service.
A big thank you as well to his manager, Zach, who was equally supportive and helpful. There was a slight hiccup along the way, but both Oliver and Zach handled it quickly and professionally. They kept us fully informed, sorted everything out, and in the end everything turned out perfectly.
