This is how a used car purchase should be handled.
The sales person was very helpful, communicated well and was careful to ensure everything was as I wanted it. Although dealer finance was offered, I used a broker I know well, and this wasn't a problem.

Just collected my new car yesterday from Virtu Newcastle Catherine was pleasant and patient throughout. From first entering the showroom I was greeted and offered assistance if needed. I was dealt with during my recent purchase by Mark Spring and Dan Bleek. Both are very personable and easy to establish a good rapport with. Not over pushy when suggesting " add-ons" like alloy wheel insurance etc.
I received what I thought was a reasonable price for my p/ex.

Morpeth and Newcastle branches excellent
From walking into the showroom at Morpeth, I spoke to Chris and the service was excellent, customer service was friendly, and all my queries answered, the car I wanted was at another branch so he arranged for meet Adil at Newcastle to have a test drive. Adil’s customer service again was excellent I bought the car on Friday and took delivery on Monday . Great job lads thank you.

Happy New Car Day
I do not enjoy the initial stage of buying a car, visiting the show room, negotiating etc as I always feel a bit intimidated. But our experience with Mark Spring at Honda Newcastle was completely different. He made the experience feel so easy it felt like we were chatting with a friend. Friendly & knowledgeable service
Friendly and professional service from Jack - made the experience of buying my first car smooth sailing! Jack was helpful and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable working with him and I'm thrilled with my car. Great peace of mind getting a used car from this dealer, as it had received a full service and had 3 months warranty included. Would definitely return to look for my next car, but hopefully that's a good few years off as I love the car I've just bought!
