Saw my perfect car online. I needed a part ex for my van, no longer appropriate for my needs. Only problem? I live in Cornwall, and the car was in Peterlee!
I needn't have worried.
Harry, who was handling my purchase and part exchange navigated all of the steps. Everything was completed, smoothly, and easily online. Professionally, guided me through every stage, which I have to confess I was really apprehensive about. I needn't have worried. My lovely new motor was delivered to my door, exactly as described, exceeding my expectations. My old van was driven away. And my new car is a joy to drive.

An absolute fantastic experience from entering the dealership to driving away my new car. I visited Vertu Hyundai Peterlee and was very impressed with the General Sales Manager who was very friendly, listening to my situation to then offer help and advice. Delighted with the service at Vertu…
Delighted with the service at Vertu Peterlee. We drove to the dealership, spoke to Ed regarding a new vehicle as my previous car (Kia Sportage) had recently been written off during a recent storm. We discussed different options and finally decided on an Hyundai Tucson and had a test drive the same day. He was very patient, took us through all the controls and when we got back to the office explained the process for the purchase. Again there was no high pressure sales. We placed a reservation fee on the car but had to wait just over a week until the insurance payment came through. Would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Ed for their service, commitment and customer satisfaction. Five stars

Exceptional service perterlee vertu…
Went in peterlee vertu with an idea of the car i wanted and a budget, sam Richardson was able to help meet all my expectations and more, from finding the right deal for me to part ex my own car everything went smoothly with more than enough aftercare.
Im so happy with my purchase, after a bad experience at another dealer in Durham, these were 100% professional and kind and helpful no pressure to buy.
To help complete the deal his manager Jordan stepped in to make sure everything was good and that I was 100% happy with everything.
This is my second purchase and both have been an amazing experience, shout out to sam and Jordan for getting the job done!!
