All the staff are friendly and willing to help, Kieran Wilkinson was excellent, he went through everything from the paperwork to all the controls in the car and setting up the Kia app on my phone, it’s been a fantastic experience and I love my new Kia, thank you.

My car went in for a service, the customer service agents that I saw were very polite I was nervous and they were very accommodating, they serviced the car and called me as soon as they had finished, I would highly recommend Kia vertu Bradford

Two cars purchased in one week…
We had a great experience at Bradford Kia. My husband purchased his Kia Sportage last Monday. He part exchanged his other car. All the team were really attentive and knowledgeable. It was dealt with so efficiently and his new car was even delivered to our home that evening. Loving the Sportage so much we decided to also change my car a Kia Stonic to a Sportage. Finding the perfect used car we part exchanged my car too. I collected mine on Thursday. We are so happy with our new cars and have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Kia in Bradford. We will continue using them for our servicing needs etc

After being around a few dealers it was really refreshing to have a dealer ship that was honest and trust worthy . Salesman Sheraz was great and was really helpful throughout the whole process . Can't recommend enough .

Above & beyond for an outstanding experience.
From the moment we stepped into the show room, we were treated with politeness and friendly atmosphere. Showroom is bright and clean, with access to complimentary drinks. Chris has gone above & beyond to ensure our experience was outstanding, from obtaining a car within a short time frame, advise on returning an old car, documentation and fantastic communication, to receiving the car and advise on follow up care.
Would highly recommend anyone looking at mobility vehicles to look at Kia Bradford.

Kieran made my car buying experience happy and stress free, compared to other places where they hassle you as soon as you walk in the door. He was very friendly and welcoming, put me at ease straight away, patient, informative, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Avoid this company at all lengths
Avoid this company at all lengths. Sold me a car with a major fault that exploded after less than four months causing me alarm and distress and cost to get it recovered. They have had the car back in there workshop for six weeks now and there money saving solution is to fit a reconditioned engine in it . Every time I call kia Bradford there isn't anyone in the office that day .its now going to cost me legal fees to drag them through courts . Avoid vertu motors or you will be very sorry
