We had a great experience at Bradford Kia. My husband purchased his Kia Sportage last Monday. He part exchanged his other car. All the team were really attentive and knowledgeable. It was dealt with so efficiently and his new car was even delivered to our home that evening. Loving the Sportage so much we decided to also change my car a Kia Stonic to a Sportage. Finding the perfect used car we part exchanged my car too. I collected mine on Thursday. We are so happy with our new cars and have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Kia in Bradford. We will continue using them for our servicing needs etc

Avoid this company at all lengths. Sold me a car with a major fault that exploded after less than four months causing me alarm and distress and cost to get it recovered. They have had the car back in there workshop for six weeks now and there money saving solution is to fit a reconditioned engine in it . Every time I call kia Bradford there isn't anyone in the office that day .its now going to cost me legal fees to drag them through courts . Avoid vertu motors or you will be very sorry

Had an issue with windscreen spray not operating. Dave was great, he got service guys on the case in minutes and solved the issue (a blocked filter inside one of the hoses). Dave really knows his stuff on the EV6 and was able to answer a few more in depth questions about PCID and Autocharge and interface to mobile. Nothing was too much trouble- top guy!

We brought our KIA EV3 in December 2025.
Obviously the transition from Diesel Manual to fully electric was a huge jump especially for 75 year olds.
However the expected range had become acceptable for our changing needs and the price and PCP package were manageable; we are not used to buying such expensive vehicles but we were already convinced that we wanted to 'go green'.
We were fortunate to be put in the care of Samir Ali who gently and patiently took us all our concerns, and even brought an identical demonstrator to our house to introduce my wife to electric cars.
There are many confusing 'bells and whistles' on an EV, plus different ways of using controls and some new features and the digital display. Samir took us through those which we need to get us basically 'up and running'. He has promised to be available in the future to give us an overview and training on the more advanced features e.g. 'one-pedal driving', once we wish to venture into advanced driving.
First mishap yesterday: the car locked my wife out of the car just after she had parked on the side of the road in Pudsey. The KIA Roadside Rescue and the RAC backup (A bit high-tech and the BOT gave up and took me to a 'real person' dug us out') The real person analysed the problem over the phone and talked me through using the manual key which is vitally attached to the fob. The car was open in a jiffy but it was all a bit scary.
Samir told me afterward that I could have opened the car remotely even several miles away using the KIA app on my mobile phone. Well we may try that one day but it's a bit of a new high-tech world even for gadget-keen me!
But we love the car to bits! Some reviewers say that the software lets down KIAs reputation for excellent cars but the jury is out on that. Samir is saving us for the moment.
And of course the low fuel bills with a home charger are a new world.
