The deal was done to buy a new rangerover sport on the day of the pickup I was informed that because he had called me Tuesday to offer me £3200rather than the £3000 part exchange the payments would be slightly less when I went to pick up the car I was informed I had signed a new agreement and tha worked out that no money was due from the part exchange and another £1710 half the car tax was liable nothing but lies and deception

Recently purchased Discovery Sport
Recently purchased. Land Rover Discovery Sport P300e via an online advert.
Initial contact and dialogue was faultless, was sent a walk round video and all queries were answered.
However, the day after the car was delivered I noticed three really poorly repaired marks on the drivers door. I contacted the dealership immediately, I told them this should have been brought to my attention. When I said l wanted to take advantage of their ‘14 money back guarantee - no questions asked’, the questions started - what could they do for me.. they played down the clock to waste time, ignoring emails and not returning calls.
At no point has the branch manager reached out to me, despite me cc’ing him in every email.
I was offered £250 ‘full and final settlement’ so essentially hush money.
The car after two weeks, developed a suspension fault, the garage not interested, I was told to call Land Rover assist (The AA) who looked for two minutes and ordered a part, I’ve now been waiting two weeks for. I asked Vertu if they could intervene, no response, not interested.
The poorest after sales ever of a sub standard vehicle, hidden defects, refused to show me evidence of pre sales check due to ‘GDPR’ (nonsense).
Would not deal with again and would definitely not recommend.

The Bradford branch (though a bit tricky to find the entrance!!) is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the Land Rover products and what’s on their forecourt.
